I got a full time job and I'm going to trade school. I was only a NEET for six months though.
I still feel like a shit human though.

nice one user. i've been unemployed for over two years. i'm almost 21. it's embarrassing.

Yes, and what's more is that I actually went from normal to loser to normal to loser and now back to normal again.

It's not impossible to chance and it's never too late to change. At my worst I was a pissbottling NEET shut-in for years. Now I'm back in society with friends a gf and working on becoming a music producer.

I have to heavily recommend Marie Kondo's books. Change your environment and you change who you are.

Also the Japanese Kaizen principle, or one-minute principle. Where you take one minute each day to practice something. It can of course be more than just one minute but you for sure have a single minute to spare everyday.

Make your bed everyday, there's a reason why they also drill people in the army ad in prisons to make their beds.

Finally, avoid this board like it's the plague and don't take politics so god damn seriously and personally.

>avoid this board like it's the plague
i know. spending so much time on screens should be avoided in general. it worsens the mental state. but i never know what to replace my spare time with and end up right back on the internet. i do force myself to go for long walks so i don't get too stuck in my thoughts/room.

nice to hear you're doing better user.

>i do force myself to go for long walks

That is actually what was the metaphorical and literal first steps out of NEETdom. Also because I was getting fat and didn't want to join a gym and end up being one of those guys who gets secretly recorded on some asshole's phone because I wasn't using a machine or weights properly.

>ut i never know what to replace my spare time with and end up right back on the internet.

The internet, and hell even Jow Forums isn't ALL bad. I just stick to a handful of interest-specific boards like /jp/ and /mu/ and often help out on Jow Forums.

Do you have any sort of creative or productive hobbies like drawing or dicking around in photoshop or coding or 3D animation or modelling or something like that?

If not you should try it out. It took me years of going "oh actually this sucks and I hate it" going through all sorts of hobbies and even part-time classes to finally find the obvious that music and audio was my passion.

>nice to hear you're doing better user.

Thanks, I hope everyone gets to leave this board eventually.

>Do you have any sort of creative or productive hobbies
no, i'm just a consumerfag. need to find something productive to work on.

I suppose this story is semi relevant in a way.

And being recorded on the street by thousands of people and cameras is better?

which Kondo book would you recommend i start off with?

Can we see your whore's hairy preggo pussy? Just make her stop shaving everything, legs, pits, belly, until she's in 8th or 9th month and do a photo shoot then. I bet she'll get a really nice happy trail in the later months.

The first one, The Life-Changing Magic of Tidying Up. Spark Joy is its sequel and mostly just expands on the methods.

You can also look her up on youtube she's given talks here and there where she explains her method and she even had her own mini-series on NHK in English. There's also an hours-long video of her audiobook so you can just rip that into an mp3 or just listen to it off youtube before going to bed or while doing something else.

Jow Forums here

if you didn't know, there's nice pictures and diagrams on every single machine that display exactly how the machine is meant to be used and exactly which muscle group you'll be exercising. this is extremely helpful if you have a 'goal' physique in mind and you want to target specific muscle groups.

when you first begin its more about exposing yourself to the environment of self-improvement and getting out of your comfort zone. a lot of the motivation i needed came to me when i was away from this toxic cesspool of a website and around people that were actually invested in themselves.

yes, your first several days at the gym might be agonizingly uncomfortable as they were for me but with time you'll begin to understand why going to the gym is one of the most important things you can do to improve yourself. getting sexy is only half of the equation - being around people who are working hard to improve, getting out of your head, and getting out of your comfort zone are the real benefits of the gym.

and if you do feel uncomfortable when you first start, remember, NOBODY GIVES A FUCK ABOUT YOU. nobody's watching you, nobody cares weather you're properly using the machines, nobody cares what your body looks like, nobody cares how much weight you're putting up. focus on yourself!! that's what you're there for.

i'll lurk the thread if you guys have any questions

what kind of streets do you have where there's thousands of people on it and they give a shit about someone who's out walking or going for a jog?

Yes, what do you want to know about it?

Bro, I was in my mid-30's when I went to university, got my first big job, and got my first solid gf (not necessarily in that order). It's never too late, but you also must never give up on yourself.

what did you do? how bad were you before? are you happier now?

>NOBODY GIVES A FUCK ABOUT YOU. nobody's watching you, nobody cares weather you're properly using the machines, nobody cares what your body looks like, nobody cares how much weight you're putting up. focus on yourself!!

This is unfortunately painfully untrue.

There are loads of shitty mean people who will secretly film fatbots or other kinds of robots on their phone because they don't have the right gym fashion or they're struggling on a machine or whatever else. You can see it all on youtube for yourself.

I guess it also depends on the kind of gym. My local community gym mostly has 60 year old ladies in it so no worries there.

nice. glad things are working out for you.

I was a KHHV at 22

I grew up/got older and realized I needed to not care so much what other people think and just do what I want

That's super rare and if they do, fuck 'em. Whomever makes fun of someone for working out is a sad human being.

oh yeah?

what do I search to find it then

>what kind of streets do you have where there's thousands of people on it and they give a shit about someone who's out walking or going for a jog?
Is it better if it's just hundreds? I don't get it. Everyone gives a shit if it's someone who looks out of the ordinary. Or they wouldn't give a shit in the gym either would they. So why not just go there.

And you're being recorded by at least dozens of cameras while you're doing it too. You think this is somehow better?

Dude no one gives a shit about your roidhead broscience LE ZZZYUS 4 LYFUS crap, fuck off and go circlejerk to shemales with the rest of your degenerate board.

Haha yeah if someone ruins your life just shrug it off haha lol #justaprankbro
