You get better playing against randies. Practicing against max level CPUs is fine and all, but you won't truly improve until you gain a lot of experience playing against other actual players.

Tekken is a massive legacy series. That's where the difficulty tends to come in. if you're playing someone who's been playing since Tekken 3 you be be bodied.

I mained Waldstein so I found that matchup very frustrating. It's like fighting Hilda except Vatista has a wakeup option I have to respect, whereas Hilda I can gorilla into oblivion.
