My way of coping is to try not to give a fuck (very difficult btw) and grow my beard out. I'm starting to get annoyed with my beard though; doesn't look all that good and it's a little itchy as well. Might shave it soon.

I'm too scared to eat fin (and it is a losing battle even with fin anyway), but I'm looking forward to setipiprant/fevipiprant.
