Yeah, like at least in the afternoon or early evening might be most active on weekdays, but i guess timezones will be a different too lol. Weekends are better imo.

Sometimes i just try to force myself to study for a long time like 2 hours then take a 30 min or 1 hour break. If i take 15 min breaks it ends up being half an hour anyways
