No, it's literally impossible given the massive rise in internet culture. Things like twitter and reddit and even porn have given obese, ugly girls the confidence they need to reject ugly, fat, or beta guys, aka real robots, because they think they deserve better. Because firstly, they get golddiggers and not girlfriends. And secondly, it's never been about looks, even though looks significantly reinforces it. In the end, it's a state of mind.
