Why did the GMs stop beign involved in the community? I always hear stories about back in the day when they would show up in game and do shit like duplicating food and walking on water. I get the feeling the devs just don't care anymore.

The whole team have been hoping that this question didn't come to pass...But unfortunately we are obligated to answer.
Our team has not been involved in the community as much as we want.
Due to the rampant and almost exponential increase of people entering the servers, our systems have been slowed down significantly.
We tried to supplement this by taking said duplicating food, walking on water; Physical things. To a digital realm The Internet.
That only helped a small amount, but "Memes" were implemented soon after.
Now that you guys are busy with memes, our team will be able to do a little more engagement with you all.
We are terribly sorry and we will try to make your enjoyment tenfold.
