Capitalism requires the largest propaganda system the world has ever known to convince us it is the only system possible. It turns people into consumers through advertising, marketing, entertainment and even so-called news. Millions around the world are employed to use their creativity to twist our feelings of love, desire, human solidarity and fairness into tools of manipulation, so that ever more profits can flow into the hands of a tiny minority.

Nice try, m8, but not this time

Pretty much. It's also a means of stratifying the people into varying classes of worth and is a means of motivating the gifted minority into creating some great and amazing things.

don't forget the part where they don't value productivity but instead value everything that is the definition of impractical and give money to those that work the least. oh wait.... im missing something here

Capitalism is the only way for non-chad men to get women. Any man who isn't chad and a communist (i.e. all communists) are fucking retards.

In capitalism demand is the job creator

You forgot the ((())) for (((minority))) you jewnigger.

And communism doesn't use propaganda to convince us it is the only system possible?

Shareblue is really going all out today.

Hillary is a liberal

I hate the game because the people who play don't get to make the rules

This is the best description of capitalism I've ever seen.

there is no propaganda behind a normal economic system which has been in place ever since the dawn of civilization you absolute nincompoop. communism cultists are the ones who use propaganda for their mediocre economic system to keep it afloat.

>fuedalism is capitalism
>rome was capitalism
>tribal society was capitalism
WE WUZ

capitalism is just when people exchange things maaaaaaaan

i want lolberts to fucking die

feudalism functioned under mercantile capitalism and rome did as well. tribal societies had no complex economies except for food they gathered and simple tools they created and possibly traded with other tribes.

im not a libertarian. my ideology aligns with papal decrees which address the errors which industrialism created and why socialism and communism are both false utopianist answers for these problems.

This comes down to how you define capitalism, I would define it as production for exchange + generalized wage labor. In fuedalism the economy was based on peasants creating for their own use and peasants were not paid wages, in rome it was based on slavery not wage labor and in tribal society communal family was the main societal unit. You can of course extend the definition of capitalism to include any trade but at that point you are no longer describing anything.

Be happy you live in a democracy moron. Move to north korea if you want to live in a commie country so bad
>inb4 le Ben Garrison march of tyranny meme

The economy controlls the state not the other way round.

>It turns people into consumers through advertising, marketing, entertainment and even so-called news.
Every system uses media, art, and rhetoric to sustain and legitimize itself. People don't need help to be consumers. Consuming and reproducing are literally what we evolved to do. The thing that you should be angry about is that capital goods are not evenly spread. So some get more capital gains and more consumption than others.

>rome did not have wages and only had slavery

if you knew more about history, not everyone was enslaved in rome, they had complex economies and normal wage based labor systems in place.

under feudalism in rural areas the economy was agricultural so the peasants of villages worked the land. but in larger towns and cities the economy was mercantile based.

> my ideology aligns with papal decrees
that is some high octane bait

There is no democracy in companies. Workers don't get to vote if their job gets outsourced to China or not.

the decrees just say that workers should be given fair pay and work hours. and that the rich should be generous to poor people. which is the solution to the problems of the 19th and 20th centuries caused by a transition to industrialism. marx and engils "solution" was appropriating the right for people to own bussinesses and land altogether so that it would be owned by the government and administered by a group of workers which limits the full economic potential of a country and deprives people from their rights and is a system of theft from upper classes.

Sure and the soviet union had some private property. The economy was supported primarily by the peasanty in fuedalism and by slavery in rome.

slaves played a large part in the roman economy but they were not by any means the primary support the entire economy had or the only source of labor. and what about feudal areas such as the Byzantine empire which had both major cities and rural villages. or the hanseatic leagues, italian city states, arab, indian, and chinese economies which had a large rural population and also large urban areas as well?

Capitalism incentivizes the opposite.

No form of government will work because humans are greedy, power-hungry shits.

They engaged in simple commodity production in which producers exchaged products directly, what little capitalist production that did exist was controlled by the guild system. Most wage labor was small time stuff not really to the level we see today.
