Does anyone else think chain stores are really comfy because they are always look identical inside no matter where you are? They really soothe my autism. No matter where I am, I can always go inside a Walgreens or Target and know that I'll be back in a comfy familiar place I've been before many times

Convenience stores are comfy at 3am when I'm in the mood to go out and get a drink and snacks and bring em home to eat while playing vidya or watching cartoons.

that is a qt walgreens.

I agree chain stores are comfy, but mainly because I know I can get in and out and get what I need without fucking around. Where I live we have a really comfy gas station chain called Kwik Trip with good food and its like a mini grocery store. super cheap fountain drinks and quality food, good take and bake pizza, they even sell good steaks. The stores are always clean and the owner has a personal hotline in the bathrooms to call if they are dirty

Also eggman worked at Kwik Trip

I enjoy fast food restaurants. They're always crowded, but even though there're a lot of people, nobody give a damn about you. This sense of invisibility is awesome.

It doesn't work like that, even when the decor is the same you'll never feel right because something is "off"...like how my hometown Target's and the Target near work are almost identical in layout except the position of customer service and the cafe are switched.

And I thought I was autistic

You sound cool. Are you neet?

Studentfag with loads of free time.

>tfw going to a chain store in a different city
It's a strange feeling of both feeling like you know where you are and not knowing where you are. It's like a very harmless way of exploration.

Fucking this
You really appreciate how calm the night is. Compared to being in a crowded city at noon, a comfy calmed clear skies, nice breeze, bright moonlight night sounds awesome to go out and get what you need because all you feel is calm instead of rush.

Whats your drink?

I like to try different sodas and sometimes energy drinks so it's usually a bit of whatever. Cherry flavored coke is GOAT though.

>thought he meant alcohol
Youre still a baby. I like fruit punch rockstar when im very tired or depressed at work.

I'm 22 my dude. Mom doesn't let me have alcohol in the house because she used to be an alcoholic and might go crazy and dig through the trash licking the drops from the can if I have any in the house.

>my dude
Bruuuh

Well that is kind of you. If its in your genes you may want to abstain anyway if you care, that is. Im blocking the pain with hard liquor and have been for the past few weeks.

I drink sometimes when I visit my friend. I think I'm pretty good at controlling myself.

Which cartoons do you like? Watch anime? If so I recommend perfect blue.

I've been through ten high schools
They start to get blurry
No point planting roots, 'cause you're gone in a hurry
My dad keeps two suitcases packed in the den, so it's only a matter of when
I don't learn the names
Don't bother with faces
All I can trust is this concrete oasis
Seems every time I'm about to despair
There's a 7-11 right there!
Each store is the same, from Las Vegas to Boston
Linoleum aisles that I love to get lost in
I pray at my altar of slush
Yeah I live for that sweet frozen rush
Freeze your brain
Suck on that straw, get lost in the pain
Happiness comes when everything numbs
Who needs cocaine?
Freeze your brain...

Seen if and I watch lots of anime. I watch mainly old cartoons from the 90s and 80s like ducktales, chipndale rr, animaniacs, tiny toons and adventures of sonic the hedgehog, the simpsons etc. Been rewatching shit from 00s too like ben 10 and avatar. Currently watch sonic boom and sometimes ok ko.

Once you start working there the feeling goes away

Why do you think you like watching old cartoons? Good youve seen that one next id recommend Tokyo Godfathers.

i miss the 7-11 i would go to for cigarettes back at my old apartment.
this persian milf owned it and she would call me sweetie and always remembered my brand

That sounds awesome desu, shoulda married her.

Seen it.
Escapism. And I like just cartoons and animation as a medium but most current ones are shite. After about 06 western animation went to shit imo.

is this the new one on cliff
and this the one on cedar near the valley foods in burnsville

>what anime hasnt he seen
Whats your opinion on Spirited Away?
Think im gonna watch my neighbor Totoro tonight for the first time.

kek seen every ghibli movie and spirited away is in fact my favorite. It was also the only one I had seen as a kid.

Not bad, man. I remember when I was a child in elementary school I started spirited away on toonami (remember that?) i could not finish it because school night iirc but I always wanted to watch the rest because it made such an impression on me. Some time when I was around 18 or so I googled something like anime where parents turn into pigs and found it. That film is really important to me. Its cathartic it just feels like home.

Couldn't agree more. Spirited away takes me back to a comfy and innocent era of childhood. It's very serene.
