You say that you have no problems with women yet the fact that you've made it to 20 as a (presumably) straight man without ever having sex once suggests the opposite. It takes effort to accomplish that, whether intentionally or not.
Women do ask you out, it's just not verbal and is very subliminal. Until you figure out how to spot these verbal clues you will be forever alone.
Women should be taught in school that men don't understand female social cues. If they want to tell a man that they like them, then they should just outright say it. Men aren't exactly picky when it comes to women and will likely reciprocate.
