What is the exact task?

If you're having anxiety starting the work, just start typing and don't allow yourself to stop or edit what you've written until the entire thing is done. Even if it's complete and utter garbage complete and utter garbage still beats a 0. If after writing one garbage essay you can see ways to rewrite it or edit it into a better essay there you go.

The task itself isn't difficult, you just have anxiety problems and likely have not even began writing it. Just write down the first shit that pops into your head. The hardest part is the first 2-3 sentences and then the rest will start spilling out onto the paper with a lot less effort.

Go on Microsoft word, then put some random words in white color to increase the word count.
