It's difficult to tell if your hairline is fucked or not on the angle of the pic. It's normal for you to lose your juvenile hairline though. That doesn't necessarily mean you're balding.

Fin can give you short term ED but it's a rare side effect that has been blown out of proportion on the internet. If you're truly balding you should at least give it a shot.
