Everyone should have someone to talk to about their issues completely without fear of judgement or risk of consequences. If you have this your entire life, your mental health will be far better. I'd also revamp the american therapy system, for example pedos wouldn't have their lives utterly destroyed if they spoke about their desires to their therapist, because to me that just causes pedos to hide their feelings harder and makes them more likely to build it up until they actually hurt someone. That's a pretty deep problem and one that even dictator power isn't suited to solve, because the problem is with the weakness of local communities. There's not enough strong structures in between the nuclear family (and even that is weaker now than it has ever been) and the state/federal government, which is why there's nothing for young men to latch into.

I think probably the best thing I could do is break up corporations into tons of smaller local businesses (just hand them off to whoever the local manager is, let it sink or swim), disperse government agencies throughout the country instead of having all those jobs and cash concentrated in DC, and then put a whole bunch of strict controls on travel in between states, including a ban on relocation except in case of rejoining families who are in residence there. So basically, don't let people split up their families and extended families by moving states, but do let people reunite their families by moving into the same state. Hopefully this would concentrate families into particular areas, creating stronger social circles, and if I can manage to spread out jobs in the right way I could also disperse city populations into more small-town arrangements where social bonds will naturally be stronger. With fewer choices, the nucleus of society; families, women; will be forced to deal with the men they have available, which will result in the better ones getting socialized. With more local involvement and local identity, people will naturally develop stronger and more supportive communities, which should resolve all those issues as well as they can be resolved.
