Need some advice from some fellow robots. I'm a 24 year old kv. Recently a girl a work with has been coming onto me. She gave me her number and we've been talking for the past week and she wants to come over to my place. Only problem is she's 16. It's legal in my state, but it's still taboo. Should I go through with it? My parents and the few friends I have would probably shun me if they ever found out.

Tell her you like her. Immediately following that, say you are really concerned that people would think ill of the whole situation. Just like you said now.
Then see how she reacts. If you are not in a position of power over her, cant control her pay, hours worked, where she lives, etc. you cant be accused of being bad.

Yeah I guess it's just weird when we're talking over the phone and she tells me how her day was at high school. Michigan, and we work at McDonalds. Something like this, but don't focus on what the other people may think. Tell her you enjoy spending time with her but you think her age make it inappropriate and if she's sure she wants to keep hanging out with her. Word it in a way it makes it clear you take for granted she likes you, but be subtle about it. Don't over do it or it will come out as creepy. If you do this whatever happens you will be perceived as thoughtful and considerate without looking weak and if she doesn't actually like you it will appear like you rejected her first. It's a win-win.
