Guy tries to maintain a normal life despite having a girl straight out of a fantasy setting appear in his life. As the series continues, more and more friends related to the original girl appears, getting their turns to fall madly or subtly in-love with the protagonist. The protagonist grows closer to the first girl most of all, but never actually gets anywhere with her at the end of the series. There's small arcs around the type of fantasy world the original girl and her friends are related to, but ultimately, they're only used to introduce more female characters. There isn't a second season.

Virgin vs Chad: the anime

Antagonist is originally Chad, but turns out Chad has a redemption arc and teams up to take down Stacy, the real antagonist revealed halfway through the first season

Becky makes an appearance as Virgin's tsundere love interest but they will never get together

Cute schoolgirls do cute things. That's it.

Western robot with no knowledge of Japanese outside of some animes he watched turns into an anime character and gets dropped into anime Japan. Doesn't know how to communicate with the anime girls who can only say token English phrases like rucky rucky five dorra.

Mc confesses to a girl, and she reciprocates his feelings. They date and become really close until the girl dies in some tragic accident. MC wishes he could see her again and cries himself to sleep. He wakes up to find his love has come back to life, but only as a skeleton. He then has to continue the relationship with all the difficulties of having a walking talking skeleton as a gf.
Inspired by a dream I once had.

Main character gets trapped in a video game. If he runs out of lives, it's game over!

Guy is born or turns invisible (like that chick from MHA) but instead of being a positive thing we see the MC deal with the problems it causes him, like not knowing what he himself looks like and all that sorta stuff. A more grounded look I guess.

The main character, a qt boi, is socially retarded which makes other people bully him. He spirals into depression, having nothing to live for until he discovers drugs and starts spending all his time on getting high and avoiding the real world.

A rich mommy gf falls in love with him and gives him everything in order to rehabiliate him, which leads to huge manipulations by his side and leaves her bankrupt and addicted as well. They both die together following a fentanly overdose.

The end. Add some random bullshit to fill up a series.

Main character is a loser, but one day a mysterious girl comes to give him magical powers. Now, together with his new companion/main love interest, his female childhood best friend, and his quirky side-character male friend, he'll have to face off against... Monsters!?

Set on a post apocalyptic Earth, a team of young teens with varied personalities and hair colors must pilot giant mechas with a dark secret, to fight a seemingly alien thread with a dark secret. In truth, the reason for this desperate battle is the machinations of the leaders of humanity (with a dark secret).

Start production immediately!

all-girl magical high school academy harem anime, except that magic is exploited to it's most absolute extreme in-universe:

MC transfers into the academy and is the only boy in the class.
Girls are used as mana source, and have inferior casting ability, while boys have no mana but can perfectly cast.

The twist is, that in actual combat, girls are not used as batteries, but are instead converted into mana as sacrifices for use in higher

level spells, this is many many orders of magnitude more powerfull, so there is no comparison.
This is a secret that the girls don't know, but the MC knows it because he is trained to do this.
And of cause the more a girl loves the mc, the stronger the magic is when he sacrifices her.
The reason this is used is that there are wars going on, and if a country refused to do this, they would be crushed.

Another country uses Made-In-Abyss-esque cartages for magic supply in their technology.

The MC is the only guy because everyone in the guy only academy fought to the death in order to determine who would be the one who goes on to be the one who uses the girls.

After 3 Episodes of training, the class graduates and gets sent to the frontlines.

The show explores the realistic consequences the existence of this circumstances would have on the characters involved and on the methods used by different governments to archive the most efficient war effort.

In the end the War Ends with the construction of Magical Nukes of both sides that would use 1000 Girls as a sacrifice at the same time, thus creating a deadlock.

This is why the Chinese need to be stopped.

Scientists find "gates" buried underground that link the earth to an identical sister planet also inhabited by humans.
Although they look like us and are at broadly the same level of technology their society and history are completely different.
So while they might not have the internet or iPhones, they've used eugenics to eradicate disease.
MC is sent to the other earth as part of exchange program to learn about their culture.
He finds the general perception of earth-humans is that they are inferior and obsessed with trinkets and childish things.
He also learns that factions within the other-human society want to take control of earth's resources which they feel are being squandered and impose there own eugenic order to create a viable breeding stock of humans.
The girl MC likes (also on the exchange) is judged as viable breeding stock creating the perfect opportunity for him to be cucked by superior studs for whom 'rape' is a foreign concept

Big tiddy heroines fight aliens
Best girl is the goth one

You got a cash cow on your hands user, let me in on this

Incel boy goes to school and dreams of one day losing his virginity and being with a QT girl. His best friend reveals to him that he secretly wants to be a girl. They make a deal where his best friend pretends to be his gf, until it turns into a real relationship.

character goes through life with minimal effort. doesn't enjoy anything, doesn't have any motivation for advancing through life. One day he gets caught in a huge bank robbery, and is taken as a hostage by the captain. he is led to their headquarters, and get's somewhat tortured by them. He discovers he likes the feeling of hopelessness that this brings him in, and it gives him a purpose to live, being to get out of this. One day the cops find their base, and kill them all, apart from him. he finds this annoying, since he wanted to escape by his lonesome. He feels that helplessness again. He decides to revive the terrorist organisation that captured him from the ashes. He starts of a local gang, and slowly acquires new members, all more emotionally damaged than the other. How will his gang rise in the ranks, and will his motivation come back?

This. But the plot twist is that it is all in their mind, like in "Gakkougurashi!".
But they are actually 25y old prisoners in a Konzentration Camp in Nazi Germany, that were deported for being faggots.
The school bullies are actually the SS-Todesdivision.
It is revealed only after they get gassed during a gay shower scene, but there is lots of foreshadowing.

A guy gets transformed into a toilet in the girls bathroom at a school and goes through a journey as he gets pissed, brapped and shat into. Of course, no explanation is given as to why he becomes a toilet, such things are unnecessary.

Very Kafkaesque. It would actually sell as a short story.
Name it: "A bit too much Metamorphosis..."

The fuck? Was it the gook in the thumbnail who did that or maybe an enemy of hers? I swear, gooks need to be purged. Just think, it would be the Japanese empire right now instead of China if the right side had won WW2

Yeah well but not like the other people. Other people can look in the mirror and see the color of their hair, each pimple, the imperfections etc, the invisible MC wouldn't and so wouldn't the people around him. Imagine how it would be for the parents, that would never get to truly see their kid?

Comedy manga about school life, with all kinds of characters and wacky adventures.
Last episodes have a very sudden turn in tone. Because a, until then, comedic bullied character goes on a killing spree, killing off most or all of the cast.

Attached: alone.jpg (943x678, 99K)

I would pay for this. But no one has the balls to actually make a manga or anime like this.
It's one of these trivial, but taboo ideas, that would actually sell.

I *REALLY* want to see this show:

Cyberpunk futuristic world where everywhere looks like Ghost in the Shell - you know, with wires hanging everywhere and sketchy asian dudes trying to sell you alien meat on the streets. That kinda vibe. MC is just some guy in his late teens, a highschool dropout, that has no close ties to family or friends or a purpose in life. He spends his days browsing the internet and playing video games, pretty much waiting to die. Then one day he gets so sick of it that he grabs all the money and food he can (which, being unemployed and a NEET isn't much), stuffs it all in his backpack, and leaves. Throughout the rest of the show he wouldn't do anything other than walk around in this bizarre, exotic futuristic world and just absorb it all in. Kind of like a "stop-and-smell-the-flowers" video game where all you do is enjoy the environment and watch things happen. Maybe he's out to find a purpose, or maybe he's just gotten bored of playing the same shit in his room all day. Because he's just a teen and a loner until he left his room, the show could have parts where he experiences certain things for the first time like drugs, friendships and etc. I guess it would be like Shoujo Shuumatsu Ryokou but with a single dude and a megacity that's bustling with interesting shit to see around every corner.

Yeah, I would really love a show like that.

Mc is a 25 years old neet who decided to comeback to highschool after years of fucking around. Each time he goes to school he imagines tulpa girl sitting on a bench. One day the tulpa comes to live and starts talking to mc. The mc tries to delete her but he cant. She convinces him to do crazy shit he always wanted to do but was afraid of consequences. It starts from comedy innocent gags like pranking other students, climbing rooftops and quickly turns into dark stuff. The mc starts harming people and eventually rapes one of the girls. While doing it the tulpa girl helps him hold the victim wich implies she is becoming material. The more evil deeds he does the stronger the tulpa gets. When he tries to refuse her she posseses his body and makes him rape and dismember his younger sister. He then goes on a shooting spree at his school. Police shots him but he is immune to bullets when possesed. He sets school ablaze. Tulpa finnaly fully materializes and cant no longer enter his body. She was actually a demon. She grows wings and tries to fly away from the flaming rooftop. Mc grabs her just before the floor colapsses and they fall down into flaming building. After epic battle mc manages to stab her with piece of wood. While dying she tells mc that even without her influence he would still commit crimes and there was never hope for him. After self review Mc agrees. She agrees to being his soulmate and they both die while hugging. Their bodies are never found. News speculate that school shooter is still on the loose.

Basically TOS but humans have mentality of 19th century britian.

Star Trek: The Original Series
I also probably should insult you for not knowing this.

>very kafkaesque

Attached: tenor.gif (300x200, 927K)

I actually really like that idea, I feel like it opens a lot of plot ideas. Might be a bit dependent on the world itself though (which isn't a bad thing!), do you have one in mind that you've been building or would it just be something generic? How would it end? Would there be any other characters that the MC meets along? Would they stick around or end up leaving? Lastly, what about soundtrack?

Attached: 1523055969160.png (698x537, 605K)

I hope that post was a joke. TOS can stand for "the original series" on any show with spin offs. I would have been more likely to guess you were talking about The Elder Scrolls. At least say Trek TOS

can we get a starship troopers type anime?

guy sent out to interplanetary war, it's been 6 years since he's seen a 3d human female, combat trauma leads him to having a tulpa waifu to cope. Maybe do a 13 episode series, training and war 4 episodes a few episodes struggling back in normal ningen society, having developed an insane fear of women fueled by his tulpa's jealousy and manipulation. Then is redeemed in a hospital by his nurse who has to take care of him despite him being paranoid and borderline violent. The idea needs more of a supporting cast I think.

MC is a teenager whose gf just broke up with him. He's very sad so he goes out into the woods to hang himself. He regrets it as soon as he ties the noose, and he's about to undo it, but he slips and falls. While he's suspended, a qt girl fairy takes notice of him, stops time and pulls out his soul, taking him to fairyland. There there is a war between the fairy king and the fairy queen (ripoff of a midsummer night's dream). This war supposedly has tangible effects on the real world.

The fairy promises to mend his heart and save his life if he promises to save fairyland (and by extension, the real world) by helping to reconcile her mistress and her master, because, being a mortal who has been near death, he can step into either world, whereas fairies are limited to being ethereal in the real world, and regular mortals can't enter the fairy world at all. There are other teenagers who were selected for this task, too, and maybe one eccentric adult character (adults usually can't see fairies because they're too grown up). They have to go back and forth between the real world and the fairy world by using natural fairy circles, although some can shift differently. They can see spirits and shit that other people can't. Basically it's somewhat similar to madoka in that the MCs are constantly shifting into alternate realities in order to solve some episode-specific problem.

The fairy queen and the fairy king are very obvious metaphors for his relationship with his gf, and in the end they get back together, although at some points the qt girl fairy is also a love interest (maybe she could represent the alllure of death or something, because when he dies he would ostensibly be locked into fairyland forever). Or perhaps even they actually end up being the fairy king and queen without knowing it, like their material counterparts or something.

It would have a very idealized romance theme kind of like utena but not quite as aristocratic.

This could be really, really good.

There's giant robots and they punch each other, also there's a guy with a mask and a sexy voice.

A late 30s virgin NEET with no friends lives with his 60-something-year-old parents. He spends all of his time watching porn and playing with toys and video games. He still dresses like a child even though he has noticeable wrinkles, big bags under his eyes and beard stubble.

His parents finally retired and they want to enjoy life so they kick him out and tell him to make something of himself.

He's put out of the front door and now he has to figure out how to survive and become a normie.

I think I've seen this before, maybe

Oh damn. And you could like, slowly ramp up the bullying so that it just pushes into out of place sadistic territory but then quickly recedes back to normalcy in waves until he SNAPS.

To be honest, I'm not a very original person and can't come up with my own world. I would be happy if the show just recycled something like Blade Runner 2049 - world, soundtrack, visuals and all.

I'm a firm believer that a show shouldn't introduce new, pivotal characters after the first episode. It's kind of like playing poker and being delt a new hand smack in the middle of your game. Any characters the MC does meet should be linked to episodic events: A girl in distress, a guy trying to outrun the mafia, some quirky old dude who gives MC life advice, etc. The characters would propose an idea or drag the MC into a situation, to which the MC would react to somehow, and then get lost in the sea of people within this megatropolis.

Maybe there could be some "Person of Interest" level big-picture plot that reveals itself bit by bit each episode. MC begins by witnessing petty crimes like theft and bullying, and after investigating he finds ties to a big underground mafia/terrorist group. The finale then could be MC deciding if he should take action to stop them/help them/do nothing.

I'll leave the soundtrack up to you ;)

Some human turned multidimensional god is running out of ways to pass the time/entertain himself/reasons to live like this, after many millions of years. In a last ditch effort for an alternative to permenant suicide.he relinquishes all his powers to a higher god, tells them to transport him to a random dimension, and completely wipes his memory. He then wakes up in some post modern Japanese city and quickly has to acclimate to his new life there, while struggling to do so in a few different ways do to his amnesia. He eventually settles down into a normal life (with some regular anime shenanigans along the way). But not long after, strange things start to happen, like if the laws of the universe glitch for a brief second before going back to normal. Over the corse of the season things like that happen more frequently, and the he begins to have visions and dreams of his past life, but he doesn't realize that that's what they are. Then at the end of the season that higher god reveals themselves to him. They then spout out some shit about how the multiverse is in danger, and because of something about his past, he has to save it. Thus he is thrust into this dimension hopping new life, going from world to world, doing whatever the fuck he needs to do to save all worlds, meeting friends along the way, etc. useing his house as the home base.

but something feels off about this to him.He keeps getting visions, and sees things in these worlds that feels wrong or inconsistent somehow. Like a strange platform on a rooftop lining up with a dream of him stepping off of it. He begin to wonder more about his past and if this adventure is what it truly seems to be. The more he does so, the more this god presses him to continue with it, and the more he disobeys, the more avid they become, and they are slowly revealed to be an antagonist.
Working to some unknown goal for some unknown reason, and the plot shift to being about learning about the protagonists past, stopping the god, and the true nature of these worlds...

Very interesting. Have you written anything?

Huge war between 3 factions on a mostly desert/mountain continent thousands of years after our own after the world has been for the most part destroyed by some huge robot things, some of their remains can even be seen peeking out of the desert sands and lots of cargo cults and legends have been spread around about them.
The technology is vaguely reminiscent of that of WW2, with a type of fuel that can be refined out of a plant thrusting the world into an industrial age with huge machines like mechs and tanks and planes that emit an obnoxious amount of exhaust!
The actual show itself would play almost like a documentary, jumping around from character to character from all of the factions, some being regular citizens, regular infantrymen, politicians, and so on.
The soundtrack would be jazz infused with arabian characteristics and instruments.

This sounds like /x/'s wet dream
I'd watch it

Holly shit, someone make this a thing.

in a post material scarcity colony ship society a human file analyser (guy who looks at archival files for possible corruptions and should get his mind whipes afterwards) falls in love with a girl and goes on a quest to find and date her
the series is about exploring the problems of such a kind of society through people he meets on his jouney

I present to you: "Shoujo Maho Onii-chan" or "Girl magic brother" in English

Male protag has to fend off the advances of his sister (who is bitch), his mother (very kind but perverted), his aunt (powerful bussinesswoman with bdsm fetish), cousin (cool stoner chick), and his 13 y/o niece (who is actually 43 due to magic accident). The tradition in his family of witches is that women must procreate with relatives or their children will lose the ability to perform magic. Hilarity ensues as they each compete against each other for him, inspite of him being worthless NEET with no understanding of social ques.

A Magical Gril show, about a 45 Years old billionair that used his techcompany to make magical girls real and become a magical girl himself. But no one knows.
The audience only discovers this at the end, but there is lots of foreshadowing.

>his 13 y/o niece (who is actually 43 due to magic accident)

who does he end up with?
pls say some random girl with no magic powers

Kid dies but cant enter afterlife due to lack of worldly experience. Neither heaven or hell want to claim him. Has to decide which he wants to join. Is guided by a cast of people from limbo who influence him in polarising ways.

Basically dantes inferno but looks at the negatives on both sides and vergil is multiple characters.

Even better.
Half way through series, he winds up being transformed into a girl (except for a certain lower area of him ;-). This shakes the girls, but he ends up banging them all accidentally and they go live together in old mountain shrine.
Season two takes things up a notch, though.

So does his niece physically look 13, but has lived for 43 years, or does she look 43, buts acts like a 13 year old?

Got to specify, bruv.

A boy falIs in love with a girl.

Unable to confess, he is gifted with by a deus ex machina with the girl's phone number. Never minding the strange area code, he immediately calls her, and is overjoyed to find out that she has a crush on him as welI.

But, the next day, when he recounts the previous day's confessions to the girl, she only looks at him with a perplexed expression. After some investigation, he finds out that the girl he called is not the same girl he fell in love with. In fact, she doesn't exist in this universe at all. She is the girl's alternate universe counterpart, who has fallen in love with the MC's own AU self, who too is blissfully unaware of her crush.

Hijinks ensue as the two strike up a deal to give each other their darkest, most private secrets in order to equip the other with the weapons they need to conquer the heart of their other selves. While the two chase their respective loved ones, DRAMA ensues as they begin to fall in love with each other instead and question the NATURE of LOVE.

Why can't you have this on /a/? Did the jans have problems yet again?
