Go outside and walk around. Observe nature or the city depending on where you live. I guarantee it will make you feel good.
Mind over matter. Letting go of fear and embracing your passions and desires uninhibited. Don't fool yourself like those who feel regret on their death beds.
having a long term vision for the course of your life and setting then meeting goals which fulfill your vision.
Having low expectations.
Get some interests besides anime and vidya I was considering suicide but I got into cooking, photography, world building, and writing.
Y'know, I'm approaching my forties, been suffering severe depression since I was a teen, and have taken countless advice from countless people on how to be happy (I'm from a generation before the internet made it easy to be a recluse). And the worst advice I've ever received, the one that actually made me least happy, and only worsened my depression, is the same shit you're prescribing.
High exposure to prenatal T. Low intelligence. Drugs. Luck. Genetics. Happy childhood (esp. ages 0-4 and 8-12). Extroverted personality. Maybe being a tulip child.
happiness is a choice, you can decide right now that you are happy and that would make you happy. if you are confused as to why you dont feel any different its because happiness is a state of mind, not a feeling.
Unironically look into getting mdma/shrooms/Ayahuasca/lsd and understanding the benefits they can have for Disturbed people. Darknt is your friend
Not being overexposed to the batshit insanity of other people. Enjoying your own company, being your own friend. Self-reliance.
What's a tulip child?
I mean drugs can help, legal or ortherwise
only one of those that's guaranteed to have a positive effect is mdma
the rest can really mess with your head if all you have floating around in there are negative thoughts and perceptions
to be happy with what you currently have
know thyself
be in on the cosmic joke
100% true. Mdma really changed my life overnight while shrooms provided some realizations but overall mentally scarred me a bit more. Molly basically cured my "autism"
Noticing the little things.
Noticing the things that holds an object, friendship, economy, ecology, country, even society.
Learning how to appreciate the little things is one of the secrets to being happy.
money. with it you can buy things that will bring you happiness.
got depression? get good therapy. bored? buy a game or something
fulfill your academic dreams by paying your way into a school, donate to charity. money is the key to joy

and?
asking this originally
I just did this. I went for a walk downtown on the waterfront:
>bunch of immigrant families
>none of them spoke English
>saw at least 10 white men walking with asian women
>even more white women with black men
>single white woman with like 4 half black children running around their knee
the Jow Forums and Jow Forums memes are true, I thought you guys were just joking about that stuff, what the fuck
anyway some more stuff I saw
>legalize weed rally even though it's legal here in a couple months anyway, stupid fucks
>saw the dude from the A&W commercials filming a commercial
>nobody was walking alone but me
finally I saw a girl sitting alone on a bench reading a book by the water, the only other personal who was alone in the city it seems. I imagined what might happen if I went and sat by her, but that sounded creepy so I kept walking.
Overall it made my mood much worse as I realized how alone I am, and how not alone everyone else is. I wish I stayed inside
Are you fat? I'm a depressed lanklet and was walking for a few weeks and felt a bit better but I used to love to run as a kid.
Being a neet lolicon and building up your stash inbetween anime sessions then killing yourself before you join the work force.
Not him, but:
>go outside
>see happy people
>get sad
>see shitty people
>get sad
>see sad people
>get sad
Of course staying inside forever is no solution, but don't imply going outside fixes anything
not obsessing over bad feelings.
But OP, sadness is the thinking mans fetish.
Actually, happiness is a feeling composed by chemicals in your brain you pseudo wannabe faggot
nice reductionism, teen.
the secret of happiness is killing chads and raping stacies
bulgarian mafia here. money, power, and violence
perseverance, courage, kindness, and forgiveness.

Not being around women. Go MGTOW and be free.

quite truly
being confident
literally being confident is the key, one day it pays off (when something utterly humiliating happens) and you realize you never gave any fucks ever
It happened to me @ 23, i was homeless in san luis obispo and had to poo and ended up shitting all over the university bathroom. I moved back there 4 school
If you ever haven't stood up 4 urself u will never b happy. Standing up for your beliefs, your rights
Are you willing to invest (perhaps massive) fear to never have a ? about yourself again?
The key is observing the world without getting your ego involved in it.
>What is the secret to being happy?
unironically the love of a woman
To me being happy means accepting yourself and loving everything about yourself including your flaws, doesnt mean you have to be content with the way you are though. You can still have goals to improve on those flaws. We all have goals and visions of where we want to be in life, accepting yourself means not hating yourself because you havent reached that point yet, and instead you are smiling because you are doing your best.
are you sure that isnt joy? or elation? or excitement? numbskull
I fuck Korean girls because I hate that country
Drugs are a quick way to get happy.
Wishing something you can't get won't make you happy. Unless you're getting the love of a woman and it's making you happy, it's better to think it doesn't matter as much as other things you do have.
To me it sounds like cuckoldry to me.
>unironically the love of a woman
Ha ha ha, no.
t. oldfag
having a vagina desu
Dude... rabbits. LOL
stopping to care and acceptance.
Living in the moment. Observing the world around you and not thinking or judging. Eating healthy, having hobbies, excerxising, drinking plenty of water and not overthinking shit. Anytime you find yourself thinking simply focus on your breathing, in and out.
It's pretty simple stuff people have been telling you your whole life but we tend to get caught up in ourselves and hold magnifying glasses to our own experiences which leads to slot of negativity.
Live in ignorance. The less you know, the happier you'll be.
doing what YOU want and not what others expect of you
A momentem of small, but meaningful achievements to build a steady supply of serotonin and dopamine to your brain with the goal of building a new baseline level of your emotional state.
