You should try to spend more time with him. I'm 22, but I'm just now starting spend actual time with my grandfather with the last time being when I was a kid. I just finished college and now I'm officially a NEET since I haven't been able to get a job in years (I've only ever had one part time job for year back in high school). It started with me helping him deliver stuff for his farming business about a month ago and apparently he now wants me to take over the family business since his only son died when I was little and I'm his oldest grandson. Now that we're caught up on deliveries though I don't really have an excuse to spend time with him and it's just making me regret all the years I didn't spend time with him earlier.

Also, if you take the time to talk with him you might be surprised by what you learn. After all these years I just learned that my grandfather, for most of his life and to this day, works with a couple local charity groups even though he's at an age where it's hard for him to do so, but he keeps doing it because he's a good person. Better than me at least. I guess what I'm trying to say is stop being such a faggot or this guy will be right
