I am rejected even amongst Church women

The only ones that seem to even acknowledge I am a human are the youth pastor and the youth pastor's wife. Which typically look something like pic related. I'd have trouble explaining to either one of them how some members of their youth group makes me feel like a non-human sometimes. I know they wouldn't stand for it, but I don't want to cause drama. I have no idea how I'd even approach them and say I can't date because no one likes me lol. Seems like a fair share of the women in the group that are graduating are getting married. Seems like the girls have no issues with dating.

I am in university currently. I have a new car. I took one girl to her dorm after an outdoor church event in it and it smelled nice/looked nice. I keep my car looking good. I thought we connected really well that night and she sort of acted like we were dating when she introduced me to her friends. She had me tell the story of how we met and I think people thought we might be dating.

Later on (few days later) I asked her of any good places to eat around Church after service (intending to invite her to lunch) and she told me the guy she is seeing took her to so and so place and she loved it.

Yeah, I am new to the Church. Now that you mention it I can think of at least 2 women that approached me cold. One is much less attractive and seems to be really into me. Like excitedly so. The other is more attractive than her and seems to be into me too but seems to try to hide it. I didn't even consider them as options.

I'm also a Christian. I stopped going to church a couple years ago. Mostly because churches are no different than any other social organization: There's an unspoken hierarchy that you fit somewhere on. If you're like me, it's at the bottom no matter where you go.
People, especially pastors, tend to put up a better front of acting accepting and friendly while adhering to the unspoken hierarchy.

Thanks for the advice. The youth pastor is a good looking guy and is married (faithful to his wife) but I can tell the super hot youth women are into him. They surround his presence.

I also fit at the bottom. The girl that invited me to Church doesn't even really pay any attention to me out of fear any of her niceness might be mistaken as her liking me. I got stood up by a chad youth leader at the church i started attending. he was supposed to meet me for coffee and just talk about how i could get involved and he never showed up.

There are two interested in me. One is more attractive than the other. I'll try to talk to both of them. Both of them are basically the only women (besides the one mentioned here that went off-script to compliment me) that even truly acknolwedged my existence.

The closest I got to anything was I approached one of the hottest girls at the social event referenced here and she was laughing at what I was saying. Whenever I mentioned I did X sport she was really into that. Then I started telling some stories and she said "You're the most interesting man here!" About 2-3 Chads started gathering around us at that point and she ignored them focusing on me. She gave me her number to do the sport together and joked about it and seemed really excited to go out with me. I couldn't believe it. Seemed utterly made up and not part of the narrative I'm used to.

Then I came back down to earth whenever I texted her about going out and reading her reply six days later about how instead of just inviting her out I should invite our entire group out.

Oh, you're new to the church. I was raised catechumen, and I can tell you that's why. You're an outsider. You'll never be accepted like those who have gone since birth. (It's a bit odd to raise a catechumen in a protestant church, but my family thought it was best.) You'll be in the position I found myself in.
