Incorrect. Psychological studies have shown during ovulation especially girls are more attracted to males with softer and more feminine features, then prefer alpha males all other times.

If you're going with a singular power, teleportation would have to be best. I'd imagine the character patrolling by teleporting to a great height and as they fall, teleport in a diff direction so they shoot upward and can continually stay in the air. Like on portal when you put 2 portals on the floor and jump into one from high up, except it wouldn't be just two points. Also teleportation would be sick for battles.

Telekinesis: This will take some explaining though. Normally you think of it as moving objects themselves, but if a character could control a set amount of invisible matter that they can shape and move freely, it would be less OP. Alt. They can alter the matter only within a specific distance of themselves.

Magic satchel-except the character has 4 holding areas on the inside of each forearm which glow blue when used. The thing that keeps it from being too OP and giving reason to have more than one holding spot is that everything that is put in one spot can only be taken out all at once. If nothing is held, there are no dots, they appear by matter which the person chooses, and is compressed into a small cube which is stored in the arm, or placed somewhere, and can be released at any time. Ex: Character can capture an explosion and place the cube somewhere and be used as an explosive. Also, most likely weapons, or items that would need to be quick access would be stored by themselves and the real storage stuff would be stored all together in another (like maybe there's a whole workdesk in one) due to the whole, all the stuff that's in must go out at once thing. There'd probably be a limit on how much stuff can be put in one, to keep it from being too OP, or some restrictions on how close an item is or if it needs to be still(can't get someone whos running away)

Not all these powers at once prolly, or would be too overpowered again

I think a crow cloak would be cooler, but may to edgy.
His nemesis could be rat king, who does like chemical attacks/controls rats.

A shoggoth that killed and took on the form of the cultist that summoned it, The comic can be about the shoggoth figuring out who the cultist was working with and why they wanted to summon it, while trying to maintain the illusion of being human. The shoggoth's superpowers can be changing its shape to suit its current needs (including stealing the appearance of humans its consumed), aswell the ability to grow or shrink in size depending on how much organic matter its body has at the time, growing more by consuming organic material and assimilating it into its body or shrinking by discarding excess mass.

Teleportation is cool, but in a fight it would only help them avoid attacks, not attack.
Maybe they could do something like they can open portals to different dimensions.
For bonus bad ass points, they actually have to travel through the dimension to get to the other portal, so maybe they fight a monster or whatever, but the portals are also in time so it appears instantaneous.

Telekinesis is pretty rad

Magic bag thing seems like equipment rather than a power. Like the portal/teleport guy has the magic bags because in the bag is just a portal.

You could teleport right behind someone, or if you can bring things with you when you tp, or in general teleport other object you could send bullets at them

Instant Karma. Things just always seem to go right for the character but only so long as he's putting good into the world, if he becomes apathetic his his luck dries up and without it he's totally normal and as fragile as any other person and when he makes the world worse for other people the universe punishes him. Even if he's still commiting good deeds and heroic acts if he looses sight of his motives becoming too self absorbed or greedy being too interested in the rewards the universe brings him or puniahing wrong doers rather than helping their victims his powers fail. He might become filthy rich gambling but before very long at all the greed catches up with him and leaves him worse than he started. His character arc would ultimately culminate in him becoming a sort of wandering prophet unburdened by matieral possesions but never hungry or without good company helping those in need as he finds them.
