People want a girlfriend in order to fullfill three needs:
First is the need for sexual activity, this is actually easily suppressed, and I can speak from experience: just stop actively looking for porn and stuff and learn some discipline, it's not a true need at all
Second is the need for someone to help them in their daily life, this too is unnecessary if you improve to the point you can do everything for yourself or gain enough money to have others do it for you
Third and most important is the need for affection: but I'm sure anyone can overcome this need feeling good by just being alone with themselves.
The perfect individual, one ascended in every state of his existence doesn't need a girl, for he is perfect by himself
