Take care of your skin so its soft to the touch. Long hair is usually preferred on women, longer than shoulder length at least but longer is better usually, though it's also harder to maintain so theres definitely a trade off
Depending on what kind of guy you want to attract, you could tailor your wardrobe to be closer to what is more likely their tastes. That's a vague statement because there is no universal taste and everybody has their preferences. But if you really commit to one style at a time you're more likely to be noticed by somebody.
I dont know about other guys but when I see a woman with makeup cakes on her face I can tell and it makes me wary of her. Nobody is flawless like that. A bit of eye makeup and lipstick is fine by me, but I'm into goth girls and that's a big part of the look.
Also dont be obese. Chubby is fine, but obese and no sign of wanting to change is extremely unattractive on everybody.
