I have access to Charter Arms and several other gun company serial number databases. The database isn't specific enough to say who or where or when this specific gun was sold. However I can say that Pathfinders with a serial number starting with 154 were distributed to several stores in New Hampshire/ Vermont and one store in Colorado. Further records on who purchased that gun would need to be obtained from store employees on the form 4473. If that store is no longer in business records would need to be obtained from the national tracing center in west virginia.
