The lighting is different, but it does seem like you have more pectoral mass in the second photo and less fat. I'd put you around 17-18% in the second photo.
I'm quite proud of my personal change.
My lifts went:
>OHP: 55 - 80
>Bench: 80 - 112.5
>Squat: 85 - 135
>Diddly: 135 - 1750
>Rows: 95 - 122.5
>Pull ups: +5 - +20

Your an ectomorph you need to do 8-14 rep 5-6 sets per extercise 3 extercises per muscle group min. Also do GOMAD your ecto ass needs it.

Yeah, and they're just barely noticeable in your pic. I'm not hating, but that's where I got my estimate from. Around when I saw the outline like in your pic is when I measured around the same.

I'd like to cut to 155-160 at 1 lbs/week first cause there's a lot of lower back fat not noticeable in the pics. Only a month or two to go so no big deal if it does nothing. I'm eating perfectly and lifting though
I feel like I'm more skinny fat than ecto. I was also told to not bulk until around 12% bf, and most people estimate me at around 15-18. I'm not trying to debate that's just how I see it

Right now I'm actually going full on bulk desu, I really want to get stronger before I diet down. I'm just not pleased with my lifts
the really big dudes at the gym don't ask me to spot them yet. Once they do I know I've finally made it
