It's very true, I have nothing idea how it got this way. I'm not even squatting to make my squat stronger at this point, I just do 12, 10, 8, 6, 4 with one pl8 for hypertrophy and to help make my dl a bit stronger. Maybe I got shit form, maybe I got long legs in proportion to my torso, maybe I'm just genetically predisposed to having a shit squat. I have long arms though which is to my advantage in deadlifts. I have longer arms than some of my taller friends. Given my 5 feet and 9 inch frame and my long arms, some people nickname me ''gorilla''
