I was coached by Chris for a bit in 2016 and it was very prodcutive. Was nice to meet him in person and shoot the shit.

I did think that Bryce's talk could have been better as two separate talks

eating chicken breast have a push pull in 2 weeks and apparently bpfda weight classes is 90 rather than 93 so need to drop a bit.

What's a good movement to replace chins/pull ups? Currently using a lat pulldown, but my next gym literally only has a rack, barbells, dumbbells and a cable machine. Any ideas?

First time i tried curls after not doing them for a year I did 40kgs for 10 reps.

Well it's better than being DYEL, but, having a lower bodyfat is much more aesthetic.. Sometimes being big is cool, because it shows through sweatshirts and what stuff, but i'd still rather be shredded.

Maybe it's just because the grass is always greener on the other side.
