When you say pulls ups, are you referring to dead hangs, quarter rom, or are you kipping?
i can tell you're a fat manlet
Max pull ups in one set?
21
Max DL is ~420lbs
Working weight only ever goes up to 405lbs.
As I haven't felt like trying to actively push my DL higher, in over 6 months.
No kipping, straight pull ups from dead hang. There was a pull up competition after a bouldering contest I was in which is why I know that number. The pullups were done on hangboard jugs instead of a straight bar, but that actually makes it harder.
well if you are telling the truth that is pretty fucking impressive to do 58 dead hang pulls in a row.
Good shit
The winner got 62. I was pissed because if I hadn't burned out on the most tiring route in the area I could have at least won the pullup contest. I can't make excuses though, the dude who won probably climbed hard that day too.
I've never done a pullup Amrap but I hit 75lbs added for 6 last year before I stopped doing em so heavy. DL is 500lbs 1rm
I think I once did 20
455
6 with 45lbs added
455x1
Damn boy you look strong as fuck no homo, though i wouldn't expect 58 PU from that picture alone.
Pullups- 5
Deadlift-550
Bw-210
I rock climb, hence the pullups. The picture is a bit misleading. I am 6'5" and 185 lbs. Pretty lanky looking with a shirt on.

1 awful pull-up
Never even tried to pull more than 110 kilos
Also why are these pictures so funny?
pullups 35 dl 405
30 pullups
Max deadlift 160 pounds lol
can do 40 pullups, and 20 with 40 pounds. Don't know my deadlift I only rock climb for exercise.
>6 to 8 pullups
>10 chinups
>80kg
Correction, the deadlift is actually 90kg. The 1RM calculator I used was retarded.
They aren't 45 pound plates, checkmate.
5"10, so yes but pretty tall for my non-white country
MA?
bullshit

12 pullups 1rm is 250kg
I dont do pull ups desu, but i tried them after a workout and managed 12 dead hangs.
