Went straight to docs today and got two fingers up the bum for a good old rummage but she found nothing out of the ordinary. (>mfw)
Nothing was really concluded from it but had bloods done and got a colonoscopy booked.

Okay, I know it's gross, but here's some advice from someone who used to take awful bloody hemorrhoid shits:
1. Stop drinking protein shakes; they're a stupid meme and will give you explosive, rectum-shredding shits. Get your protein from whole food instead.
2. Add more fiber to your diet. You should be eating clean anyway; just add a bowl of Fiber One and a big bowl of green vegetables to your daily intake.
3. Buy a bidet attachment (~$25) and install it on your toilet. You just mount it on the seat and attach it to the water line. Use the bidet after shitting.
4. Buy those big packs of flushable wet wipes and keep them by your toilet. Use these after using the bidet.
If you use both the bidet and the wipes, the whole ass-cleaning process is much gentler than toilet paper alone (and will save you money on toilet paper, since you need one wipe MAX of TP after the bidet/wet wipe).
Congratulations, you've now saved your butthole from certain destruction by making your poops smoother (points 1 & 2) and reducing the wipe-friction on your asshole (points 3 & 4).

Did it smell foul? I have ulcerative colitis and us d to take frequent watery foul smelling bloody shits. Not sure this sounds like that though. Good luck eith the colonoscopy prep, thats the worst part. Once youre through that the procedure itself is fine.
Never had this happen to me nor do I know anyone who has had this experience. Keep us posted on your colonoscopy results though.
