It's like drinking beer or smoking weed. The first few times might be amazing and awesome, but ones you have done it 3/4 times a week for a couple of years you realize that those short-term pleasures become boring. Doesn't mean you won't enjoy them (a lot even), but just that you stop devoting your life to it. But don't worry there are plenty of other (long-term) goals that will replace those desires, which are equally (if not more) satisfying.
