Post your stacks and experiences:
D3+K2
Zinc
L-Theanine

Just started the last two but the Vit D really helped me to stay motivated and do something during the winter.

been using the last two for months now. L-theanine alleviated my anxiety a lot, as soon as I added ashwagandha my anxiety was gone and also noticed some slight strength gains.

Ancient nutrition bone broth protein
L-Citrulline pills (preworkout)
Omega-3s, sunflower lecithin, Vitamin D3

Used to take multivitamin but been forgetting it. Oops

What does lecithin do?

Betacarotene+D3+zinc
Is l-arginine a meme? Any experiences?

Dietary Fiber
Multivitamins
Melatonin

I'm going easy on the supplements at the moment, trying to figure out what I truly need and what I don't need to buy.

d3
omega-3s
magnesium

Test-E
EQ

l-citrulline is better (arginine gets converted into citrulline in the body and vice versa, you want higher levels of arginine as the end result). I take 7-9g of 2:1 citrulline malate before workouts for a nice pump. The malic acid part leaves a gross feeling on your teeth though.

Reminder to always take D3 with K2 to prevent clogged arteries.

noob here, can anyone tell me if coffee/caffeine is bad for gains?

How long have you been using them before you noticed any effects?

It wasn't long, a few days maybe. The biggest change came from the Ashwagandha

source?

>Fermented cod liver / butter oil capsules
>10k IU vitamin D
>Zinc picolinate
>Ashwagandha
>MSM/Lygols Iodine/Organic Ex. Virgin Olive Oil/Organic ACV mixture
>Tongkat Ali extract
>Saw Palmetto extract
>Pygeum Africanum extract
>Maca Maca root powder

All my water is filtered thru coconut shell charcoal. At least 80% of my food is organic.

Going to order a new batch of supps from MyProtein. Currently taking:
>Vitamin C
>L-Carnitine
Any reccs on what else I should get?

Save your money for food.
Supplements probably make a 1% difference at most

>2018 STILL BUYING MEME SUPPLEMENTS
>NOT JUST BUYING CBD OIL
dummy

What benefits did you notice?

Omega 3
Multivitamin
Creatina

what are some supplements i can take for erection quality bros

Don't take too much, don't use sugar. Be light on creme if at all

anxiety pretty much gone
less pain especially during lifting
better mood

pro-tip: all pure theanine comes from Japan and is patented, if it's not Suntheanine, it's DL-Theanine and not pure fucking theanine

D3 5000 IU
ZMA

300 mg test each week

Vitamin C
Zinc + Folic Acid
Fish Oil
CBD (vaped)
Melatonin for getting to sleep.
L-Arginine (For erection)
L-Theanine (For anxiety)
Probiotics.
Protein + Creatine.
LSD microdose (twice a week)

taking D3 with K2 makes no sense. calcium, on the other hand, should be taken with D3. taking calcium with K2 is unsubstantiated

>JUST BUYING CBD OIL
The stuff you get is it from hemp or cannabis?

Ashwagandha sounds pretty good, especially because I have some thyroid issues and stress / anxiety every now and then. Can I just buy the powder? The price range is quite big for what supposedly is the same product (powder from the root). Like there's a bag with 100g for 13€ and a 250g bag from a different company for the same price. Can I get the cheapest?

is there a /fit approved vitamin D and zinc?

Zinc(occasional megadosing)
Magnesium
Copper
Yohimbe(for early morning workouts)
Ashwaganda

Going to take
Vit B12
Phenibut
Lechtin

Anyone have any experience with
Phenibut and MK677

>the absolute state of an ameritard

Do you take the spring valley ashwagandha?
Cause I've taken it and not felt shit.
The spring valley brand is apparently pretty shit and I want to know how it's treating you.

Lookmax supps:

Liposomal Vitamin C for clear, firm and youthful skin. Amazing stuff but expensive.
MSM for clearer skin and more even pigmentation
Astaxanthin for natural tan and healthy glow. Also protects skin from harmful uv rays.
Zinc also does wonders for the skin besides being an all around must have-supp and test booster
Omega 3 has been proven to promote skin elasticity

Not a a supplement but sauna 4x times a week promotes blood circulation in the face and clears pores. Also gives you that healthy looking glow and various other health benefits. Many high tier models are regular sauna users.

It's you aren't lookmaxing with supplements in 2018 you're doing it wrong.

I remember people autistically arguing about the right form of zinc few years ago (muh bio-availability, etc), but last time I asked about it pretty much everyone told me I can just get the cheapest zinc. Is that the general consensus now?

Redpill me on

Ltheanin
Cbd oil
Can I take vit c powder with a random fat source, Will it come close to liposomal vit c
Ahswagandha (which source)

Current stack

Astaxanthin
Vit d
Omega 3
Zinc
Vit c (with water, I know absorption isn't optimal)
MSM
Multi vit

+ healthy diet
+ sweating regularly from sport

Do miss anything important

>Ahswagandha (which source)

Spring Valley is crap
Organic India is tits
Ebysu is damned good
Going to give Now foods ash a go.

>Cbd oil

Biggest snake oil bullshit on the market. Only parroted by Joe Rogan cultists. You might as well get alpha brain.

What effects did you experience and how much do you take?

Aight

not gonna even shill here, but basically because ashwagandha is a pooinloo tier supplement, your best bet will be a patented extract that has studies behind it. they aren't hard to find either, literally do a fucking search on 'patented ashwagandha extract'

no Jow Forums approved forms, but pretty much D3 and zinc oxide, the cheapest form of zinc.

long ole list

>Noopept
>Lions mane
>NAC
>L Tyrosine
>IDRA 21
>Piracetam
>Choline
>Creatine
>ALCAR

On the organic india, after taking the recommended dose, I felt calm as fuck like a warmth washed over me. I took three and I felt like my face was warm and kind of sleepy.
So i stuck with 3.
Didn't really care about much and stress and anxiety was nothing. Didn't really get much done either.
Anxiety is needed to light a fire under our asses. To tell us to do things and address things.
But too much without a direction or thing to do is destructive.

Anyway, the ebysu was good as well. I ended up taking 2 and 5 at a time. Wasn't as intense as the organic india but it was really good.
However it might just be because OI was the first brand I took.

The spring valley stuff, I didn't feel anything even though it was supposedly dosed higher then the organic india. I even took 5 caps of the stuff.
Nothing.

Maybe i was just too used to the other brand and didn't feel it. So I gave it another go after not being on ashwagandha for a while.
Nothing.
Stay away from SV. It may be cheap, but it's bonk. No matter how cheap it is, if it doesn't do anything then you're just paying money for nothing.
And no, the placebo effect doesnt' mean anything if you know it's bonk and know how the stuff is supposed to work.

Ty. So it's just for less anxiety/ to make you calmer? Did it help you in social situations?

Ltheanin is supposed to be calming/ relaxing too, does it make sense to take both?

D3
Zinc
Magnesium
Melatonin
Too many feel like placebo and I try and eat a more varied diet.

thanks. so for the zinc oxide should i get this?

amazon.com/Sky-Organics-Non-Nano-Sunscreen-protection/dp/B01I8G5WUU/ref=sr_1_8_a_it?ie=UTF8&qid=1523374024&sr=8-8&keywords=zinc oxide

and then mix some in water and drink it or something? what would you recommend

No, it's actually pretty good for test levels and I felt stronger when doing certain movements, like chinups and knuckle handstands.
Yeah, it helped in social situations as well. I was more talkative and less anxious.

But I realize that it's a bit of a crutch and will have to use it just as a supplement rather then a needed daily drug.

I unironically take

>zinc
>magnesium
>vit b-complex
>vit k2
>vit d3
>vit e
>biotin
>probiotics
>ecklonia cava
>blackcurrant oil
>beta alanine
>bcaa
>whey
>solgar hair skin nails formula
>krill oil
>taurine
>Ashwagandha

thats about 25 pills / day

I regret nothing

>Ashwagandha

Holy fuck why have i not heard of this. brb buying now

examine.com/supplements/ashwagandha/

Not him but nigga get zink from bull attack. I bought 500x 50mg for 6€ and it's Not that oxide stuff? I don't think there is anything cheaper, this will be enough for years. I take 50mg every 2 days

Because D3 helps you absorb calcium from your intestines which can lead to an overabundance in your system which isn't good. The K2 helps your body use that calcium. Don't listen to the other user, he doesn't know what he's talking about.

>snakeoil

Anybody have experience with beta carotene supplements? I'm allergic to carrots

>zinc (chelated)
>magnesium (chelated)
>d3
>vitamin C
>raw sauerkraut

Raw sauerkraut is loaded with probiotics, exponentially more than in probiotic supplements. Can't recommend it enough. Considering l-theanine after this thread too

Best one so far

For looks? I like the astaxanthin effect better

If you cant or dont want to smoke reg weed, cbd hemp is still pretty good for relaxing
I wouldnt say its snake oil, its just that dumb stoners think everything weed-related is gods gift to humanity

You mean KM-66?
It offers no advantages over Ashwaganda other then that it can be dosed properly.

Link to some of those studies?

you should look into kefir. Way tastier IMO

D3 5000 ui
Melotonin .25 mgs

hemp

i am getting this

amazon.com/Orotate-BulkSupplements-Antioxidant-Supplement-Support/dp/B072MJ1CSB/ref=sr_1_17_a_it?ie=UTF8&qid=1523376677&sr=8-17&keywords=zinc+powder&th=1

hope it works out. i only want to take the daily amount needed idk if that is possible to measure that little with this crazy shit though.

I take a bunch of Gary Knull's hippie vitamin shit along with Organic Muscle preworkout and MyProtein Hurricane Extreme

Cortexin

Basically steroids for your brain

Why only raw sauerkraut and not cooked as well?

I'd be interested in knowing this as well

DUDE WEED LMAO

Best question so far, love sauerkraut

Kills the useful bacteria. Packaged sauerkraut is pasteurized and therefore useless aswell.

Not a source

interesting thanks user. guess i'm switching to citrulline

Does ashwagandha really kill anxiety???
Whats the recommend dosage to not fuck my shit up long term??? I worry about becoming lethargic like many have stated. I feel like already sometimes so i dont want to increase it.

Attached: 1523055896192.jpg (500x375, 15K)

Multivitamin (H&B slow release) to cover anything I'm missing in my diet
5-HTP to help me sleep
Occasionally L-Theanine to help with caffeine jitters, but I dunno if it's placebo.

Might give Ashwagadna a go to see if it does anything for me.

Redpill yourself, it's a bad idea to ask random users of a Nigerian tiddlywink enthusiast board who don't know anything about your health

Cod Liver Oil
L-Arginine
Magnesium
Vitamin D
Zinc
Probiotics

500mg is a good start.
You'll feel it definitely.
But you might need to up the dose or lower the dose depending on your unique needs.

Can i use it daily with no consequence? What is the long term effect?

L theanine vs. ahswagandha?

Fish oil, D3, zinc, multi.

I don't feel any difference on/off of them but they are inexpensive enough that I don't mind the expense just in case since my diet consist of Wendy's/Taco Bell/Popeye's/KFC/ETC.

Anyone have experience with Bromantane?

Both.

Is ashwagandha safe to take long term? I see thousands of Jews scamming people by calling it a wonder drug but zero studies proving long term anxiety relief.

pills of zinc, calcium and magnesium.

the blue pill

See, Instakike shills are the reason nobody can have nice things. Nobody is honest about anything so you can't trust any information and since there's no money in running studies on supplement efficacy we never know whether anything works or not. It's just an industry of placebos.

you're not only a noob but an absolute retard

I just started taking creatine. 5g x 4 times a day for five days, for loading phase. I'm three days in, have gym tomorrow.

I'm drinking a lot, but I still feel a bit queasy sometimes.

When did you guys start noticing any difference during your workouts? (If you did, some people say it's so marginal you don't really notice it.)

Attached: bone hurting juice.jpg (670x671, 79K)

What's the verdict on Fenugreek? I bought a bottle but after further research I learned it boosted test but lowered DHT. Is it worth it?

"loading phase" is a meme, and IMO creatine itself is a meme. I take it cause my gf bought me a large tub of it, but I honestly notice nothing with or without it.

Anyone notice any skin gains from taking some suppliment?

>Improves HIV/AIDS

No, but I know when my test is up because I get acne on my back and shoulders.

Attached: 1518670162022.jpg (900x1234, 301K)

>he isn’t improving his HIV/AIDS
>never going to make it

fish oil
black seed oil
ashwagandha
holy tulsi basil for sleep
magnesium

>Morning/PWO
BCAA 2:1:1 - 5000mg
Beta Alanine - 2000mg
Caffeine - 200mg
Creatine Ethyl Ester HCL - 5000mg
Ephedrine - 25mg
L-Citruline DL-Mallate 2:1 - 7000mg
Tadalafil - 5mg
GW501516 - 20mg

>Get to work
Divalproex Sodium - 1000mg

>Night
L-Arganine - 1000mg
Lecethin - 1200mg
Multivitamin
Pyguem - 100mg
Zinc - 50mg

Which ashwaganda are you taking? Brand, and is it pill or powder? Also dosage?

shit seems way excessive for a pwo.

500mg caffeine and 50mg ephedra do me pretty good on through the entire day without any crash, too. I don't fuck with the aspirin however.
