Not exactly.

Last cycle doing PH3 I tweaked my back and driving wasn't pain free but lifting was.

And right now, my lower back feels... Dodgy. It never hurts but it definitely feels off.

I get occasional phantom "pain" too, but it never leads to any real pain, discomfort at worst, but rarely

i have a problem that I've never had before
I have notable discomfort at my right front leg/hip flexor at the bottom of my squat. it doesn't prevent me from completing reps, but it does feel weaker and less stable than my left leg
I don't know what's causing it. it doesn't seem to happen with bodyweight squats or front squats
I'd make a more specific thread for this but I know you guys squat a lot so I figure you might have ideas on identifying the problem

staggered as in toe stance pushed out or staggered like feet misaligned? because I'm pretty certain that my feet are in line with one another.

not deliberately. like I said, the right side feels less comfortable than the left side, but I still feel both legs moving the lift, I just end up having more of my attention on the right side trying to keep it moving at the same time as the left side.

lifting 2/3/4/5 been doing 531 boring but big for about 9 months now. kinda wanna change it up what program does /PLG/ do?

What kind of training style do you like?

Honestly, I do a bodybuilding program now (doggcrapp). I was hitting about 1/2/3/4.5, needed a break from boring PL training, and felt like what I needed most was muscle, so I decided to pursue that. I happened to like this training style better, so I've stuck with it. High intensity, decent frequency, lots of variation... It's a little like conjugate, but for bodybuilding.

For what it's worth, I just hit my previous squat max (only 335 lel) for a beltless single with some left in the tank after coming back from a lumbar injury in December. So my main lifts are still going up, even though I'm not really training them frequently. It's been about eight months since I was doing low bar squats regularly.

Maybe I should do a mock meet, just for giggles.
