you dont and you dont need it

400g of chicken breast, how is that hard?, I eat that in one meal

GOMAD

If my weight is 183 pounds do I also need 183 grams of protein?

Whey

Seriously, this. One scoop of this shit is 24g of protein and it's like a cup to drink. Have a few a day in addition to whatever you eat.

bayesianbodybuilding.com/the-myth-of-1glb-optimal-protein-intake-for-bodybuilders/
You only need 0.8g/lb, so you need around 150g of protein.

Thanks!

Tofu
Soylent
Soy milk

lmao, nice soy propaganda, go 2.0g/lb or go home pucciboy

cottage cheese is 10g of protein per 100g
1l of milk = 35g
just eat whatever you eat, and complement it with a healthy chunk of diary and you're probably in the ballpark

36 egg whites a day

P E A N U T S

>this

How would you even achieve that? Eat a kilo of chicken everyday?

greek yogurt, turkey, chicken, whey, milk

If it’s cheap it’s not healthy

Do you have an actual source or are you just shitposting?

How much do you spend on food a week?

I have no idea how to keep your protein so low. Sounds unhealthy.

Per lean body mass

this desu

when in doubt, cow product it up

Cute post.

2 scoops of my whey is 60 grams. It's easy as fuck what are you talking about. 2 scoops plus two chicken breast is 100 grams. You can easily do that in one meal

Not the guy, but I spent 80€ last week. I got 3x 720g (yeah I know weird weight) of chicken file and 2kg of pork and 14 cans of tuna. Then some veggies and frozen veggies and some heirlom pasta.

I'm eating 45g of protein per meal + whey shake first thing in the morning (I work out before eating) and casein shake last thing before I go to sleep.

My whey sucks ass, I need to take 3 scoops to get to just above 45g
Or maybe my scoop is to small, it did not come with the package.

lol. this was only my breakfast, lunch and snack after lunch today...

easily

Welche app/website ist das?

lmao 120g? 100g pf chicken has 20g of protein, I eat 1kg of chicken a day + rice, oats and 3 eggs in the morning thats over 200g of protein ez

wtf bro I ate almost 400grams today.

I eat like 225-250g a day. It's not hard

fddb.info
Gibt auch ne App, ist top.

A couple of protein bars and two scoop servings of whey protein each at 30g's of protons. That's 120g's at less than 1000 calories.

user, this. Best protein souce

2 scoops of protein powder
Chicken breast
Milk
Ez pz

Split it into 40g per meal since any more than 40g in one go seems to be a waste.
Figure out how to make a 40g protein shake and then have two or three of those a day plus your main meals.
Example, one scoop of my protein powder is 20ish grams, so one and a half scoops in let's say a half pint of milk (cba working out exactly) would be about 40g.
Easy.

One scoop of mine is 60gs, the fuck

Post this in English. We dont read nigger language here

That's pretty easy, I get that much protein without trying. Just eat chicken/tuna/meat/eggs during the day and you're fine.

Nope. Read the label again

drink a couple pints of milk with every meal

oh fuck you're right, that's per 2 scoops. damn marketing tricks. still good tho

5 SCOOP BOYS

>1can of tuna
>2scoops whey
>200g lean meat

120g protein ish and like 600cal

Admittedly I'm no scientist, but the videos hbomberguy did on Paul Joseph Watson debunked the soy meme as far as I could tell.

the article uses lb as metric unit, here in the EU (no bongland) the actually range changes around 1.5 to 2 g/for kg

Op have you ever heard of Protein powder?

suck 24 dicks

Not him, but I spend about $50-60CAD a week on food

Holy fuck you're a pussy. I hit 300-350 without even trying.

Eat half a Chicken everyday.

Are you in Ontario ?
what's your shopping list ?

no you don't

finally,i hear that 2g/lb shit everywhere. at least you know what you're doing

from what i read, the body will only absorb About 10-15g per hour,

1 scoop protein shake is 25g n should take approx 1.5 to pass through your body as a viscous fluid so you shouldn't need to overdo it with the scoops.

just spread your meals out over the day and make sure you vary your diet enough so you dont get vitamin defficiency or whatever

anyway ive lost the plot, im out

My hero. I aspire to be like you one day.

wtf nigga just eat a lb of chicken breast

>Nigger language
Its literally german you kike

I ditched my whey in favour of egg ommelettes, cottage cheese, chicken, tuna...

I don't really trust whey producers no more, too many have been caught having like 50-60% of protein content in it and faking the lab results.

I'm a vegetarian on a cut and I have no trouble getting that.

Breakfast fat free chocolate milk and small bagel, 20g total

Afternoon lunch of lentils with rice (raw onion as a bonus) with 100 g of cheese, over 50 g of protein easy.

Late night snack half a kg of 2% greek yogurt with a few kiwis, 45 grams

That's why I take 10 scoops a day, doesn't matter if it's only 50% protein I'm still getting 150g of protein from just whey

since you sound like a moron here we go
breakfast
500ml soy milk (16g protein)
100g oats (16g protein)
1scoop whey powder (25g protein)
1tbsp pbutter (4g protein)
1banane
mix and drink, that's atleast 61g protein

then dinner
if you have a rice cooker this is really easy, just put in:
200g brown basmati rice (17g protein)
100g red lentils (23g protein, red lentils don't need soaking!)
and enough water
once cooked you can have 3 eggs on the side (18g) and you've pretty much reached 120g protein for the day,
add more vegetables and fruit, eat meat if you do, but i've given you a vegetarian way to reach it. Chicken breast will also get you there quicker
a can of tuna has about 32g protein, also easy to eat
kidney beans have 8g protein/100g and are very good for you too
