I dont. I run a mile everyday at the end of my workouts, and I run a 5k twice a week.

I fucking hate running but it helps build stamina and strengthens the lungs. You don’t have to full on sprint every day so jogging helps to. But if there’s a better way to build up lungs a/or leg muscles then I’m all for it

I tore the cartilage in my knee 2 years back. I had microfracture surgery and have felt good enough to lift and play sports again. Would running be bad or good for it? You say its good for cartilage, but I'm afraid of wearing it down

I don't have a thing against running, there's just like 5 other forms of cardio I'd rather do. When I was on swim team I probably got the best cardio of my life.

Running is perhaps the most functional of gains, chances are in real life you will be running away or running toward something. It is also the tall mans exercise. The taller you are the better your strides/distance/time.

Manlets lift weights, thinking their weight to lift ratio is impressive when the real reason is because they are like human ants, so small they can lift their body weight and then a bit more. Meanwhile they have fat and clogged arteries because they do so little cardio, no different from a fat ass except they eat the foods they like at least.

I am down to 6 miles run in 39 min, new goal 36 min, enjoy being left in the dust shorties.

Harder on your knees than other cardio. Swim, bike, elliptical, literally any other hardio is lower impact.

Running marathons is psychotic. A few 5ks a week will maximize cardio gains.

I think a 5k is the best distance. You stick with that distance and work on pacing and you will get all the cardio you need.
