Also I'm not a Blaha fan by any means but you saying he workouts once a month just proves to me that you've already eaten that load of shit Nether has fed you. K2 is very difficult to obtain in big ammounts on a diet that isn't supplemented.
It's mostly found in fermented foods only, and K2 promotes full height development and skeletal strength, it's a nutrient that's missing the most in western diets and that's the reason for the prevelance of hip fractures and bone density loss in westerners, since most of them don't eat fermented foods every meal.
D3 in really high ammounts actually shows performance enhancing effects too, it's impossible to get a lot of it from the diet unless you're eating nothing but sardines and fatty tuna.
Vast majority of people deficient in B12 are also people with non restrictive typical western diets, even though vegans have a much higher rate of deficiency. Higher than healthy levels of B12 have been shown to improve mood, recovery and energy levels.
