For fat fucks like myself I feel cardio is a must until you get below 200 American pounds THEN cardio turns gay. I'm still new to this so I'm not sure on anything else.

If you're a fat fuck, you can make significant strength gains while your fat melts off of you. Once you're at 15% you'll be a new man and the sloots will take note. Skinnyfags have their own problems not being over 185 and generally being small. Keep at it

Nah, but it takes a lot of discipline. Mostly eating a lot and lifting a ton

What if you're tall?

I'm 6'2", 200 lb, 10% bf. Mostly did 3x6 deadlifts and 3x8 squats, weighted pull ups, and dips while eating as much as I can.

and cuts too right?

I go between 12%-%16 percent and have been gaining weight slowly overtime. I plan on keep doing the same thing I've been doing if it ain't broke

Cardio is fine but doing Cardio is the polar opposite of lifting so be aware they'll cancel each other out so you'll have to make sacrifices

Also here is how you split to gain mass and cut at the same time


Lifting day -> eat biggest
Rest day -> Eat big
Rest day -> Only hit protein needs then stop
Lifting Day ->Eat Biggest

Repeat this for a cut and bulk gain at the same time

PPLPPL being clever about your exercise selection. something im loving lately is top sets (heavy as fuck) and back off sets(lighter sets to accrue volume)

Was heavy into parkour and calisthenics then transitioned into lifting. Been lifting properly for like 3 years

Thanks, it could be but I hold a lot more fat on my back and legs so a DEXA scan would probably say higher than we'd expect
