I've been carrying my phone in my pocket for the last 3-4 years, how much damage have I done potentially?

If I carry it in my bag (20-40cm away from me when I walk), will that make a significant difference, and can I fix damage that's already done?

I'd tend to agree with you but today wifi/routers and cellphones are everywhere, even if you don't want them to be there. Everyone around you have them and it's enough for the potential negative effects to happen.

Also I'm pretty light weight in cellphone usage and put airplane mode at night but I'm still a low test soyboy, event though I'm sure that's far from the main factor.
