Not a surprise, you probably walk into the gym, do 3x8 bicep curls and then walk out.

Fit notes is amazing

same

lol needing to track it with a phone or pen and paper???? just rememeber
ur weights

this

Yes

I have a little notebook that I put what I did for the day in, helps me look at my progress

Simple Workout Log is my favorite

i only use cronometer for calories but for workout mostly just sticky notes

I just use the notepad in my phone (iPhone), not sure if Android has a notepad feature.

.

Fpbp
Workout journals are for brainlets

Progression

Jefit
I like the custom rest timers

A notebook. My phone doesn't handle chalk well.

google spreadsheets

Progression

I use FitNotes, but I've heard good things about JEFIT/Strong

excel

It's perfect. You can basically set up any schedule or workout you want.

The Stonglifts App, I paid for the upgraded version because I had a Google gift card. Been going at it for almost 4 months now and I truly realize what people mean by "the best routine is the one that you stick to".

Maybe I'm doing something wrong with FitNotes, but it doesn't seem to have the layout I want, why can't I title a workout day something, also can I make a workout and not fill in reps until after the fact

Yea I use Jefit and I like it enough.

I log my exercise in a text file. I use vim to edit it.

I just log it as text in me memo/notepad whatever it's called on my huawei phone

Yeah I had a look at it and it seems that you need to enter the workout in each day. I'm looking to pre enter the exercises and then mark them complete with updated weight when I'm in the gym. Maybe I'm also looking at it wrong.

I also have been using stronglifts for quite a while - however looking to mix it up a bit as I'm getting tired of 5x5.

Workouts: Strong. Stronglifts is cool, only if you follow that program.
Statistics, metrics, notes, etc: Google sheets

I just use the standard notes app in my phone
but I only track my last lift, don't really give a shit about what I was lifting a month ago

Notepad. If you are serious about fitness you don't need anything flashy. Just write it down. A notebook would do

My niggers. Progression is best app

Yes cunts! This is the one I have been looking for! Thanks

Of course we do. It's the best thing ever just because it's so simple.

Madcow 5x5

I hate those nerds
