once it healed up i started over again from 80kg and crawled back up, i'm 33 years old now though and don't want to fuck up my shoulder again so i stop at 100kg and just add reps instead of weight, at 3x8 atm

Got up to 275 and then fucked up my shoulder in november and it's still not better, been doing 135x20 sets for the past few weeks and it's finally starting to heal, doing nothing at all didn't seem to help it one bit.

I didn't even injure my shoulder lifting which is the real kick in the dick

Haven't been able to get past 3 plates and I've been putting in a lot of effort for a while now. Kinda stuck. I either need to eat more or hit the gym more. I go three times a week and I know I don't hit the calories I need every day. I'm 5'11 180(ish-varies up or down a few lbs) btw.

When I was a sophomore in HS I weighed 165. My max bench was 260 pounds. I squatted 315 pounds for reps, never went above that because I didn't want to go to snap city. Dumbell shoulder pressed 70 pounds for reps. Stopped working out junior and senior year. No working out for a year after graduation, now I'm getting back into it.
