Today I felt like cheating on my 18-6 fast and getting a pizza but I read the ingredients on the papa's website and it contained soybean oil. Honestly it's getting kinda of frustrating and im starting to wonder if it's even worth giving up soy. Thoughts bros?

soybean oil doesn't even contain phytoestrogens you autist, it's mainly in soy protein. you'd have to chug a couple cartons of fermented soymilk a day to get to the point where you're endangering androgenic effects let alone grow moobs. soy phytoestrogens bind mostly to estrogen receptor 2 which helps prevent cardiovascular disease and alzheimers and is implicated with mechanisms of longevity. only 1/13 of that activity is found in the estrogen receptor 1 which is responsible for moobs and feminine development, when er1 activity is already anywhere from 1/2 to 1/10 of the activity of actual estradiol.

you'll do a lot more benefit cutting out processed foods and eating homecooked meals than cutting out soy. it just so happens that american soy is heavily processed garbage marketed as health foods to gullible vegans with palettes that accept cardboard.

It's also weirdly impossible to find low carb protein bars without soy, with anything convienant you basically have to choose between soy and sugar.
