1 extra rep is equal to 5 IB. Why don't strength cucks ever work on increasing volume?

What’s IB?
lb, pound.
seems weird man
10 reps of 20lbs
11th rep is 25lb?
or better yet, the first rep is 20lbs, but the second is 25
>this low quality bait is actually getting (((you)))'s
>how you can tell Jow Forums doesn't lift
Every strength calculator will back this up.
Nah, I think he means that you 11 reps of 20lbs is equal to 10 reps of 25lbs
135 * 1 = 135
135 * 5 = 152
135* 10 = 180
135 * 15 = 202
135 * 20 = 225
So why not get all the gains of hypertrophy and strength by just focusing on rep's?
why not just doing 500 reps with just the bar
Don't be silly user.
Because it doesn't help them reach their goals.
by that logic I can lift 1000 lbs
what in the actual fuck are you talking about?
1 Rep Calculators. please think before you post.
>1 rep calculators
>why don't strength athletes do volume workouts?
what in the actual fuck?
this isn't even good bait
I disagree
I disagree with your disagreement
No one can refute me, kind of funny when you think about it.
damn this bitch is top tier
Who is this semen demon
Old image, don't think anything's ever been found.
Pounds are LB not IB you cunt
Literally every legit strength athlete works on volume and does bodybuilding style training cycles, especially for upper body
That's pretty much how I estimate my maxes. except upper body is 2.5kg and lower body is 5kg, or maybe 4kg. So a 90kg bench press for 5 reps is equivalent to 100kg for 1, and a 160kg deadlift for 4 or maybe 5 reps is equivalent to 180kg for 1.
Actually I should've said a 90kg bench for 4 reps is equivalent to 100kg...
It's Emma Stone
