How the fook do I get thicker. My shoulders grow but I can't get a thicker torso. My chest just gets "tighter". I incline 90kg for reps so I'm lifting a decent amount. If I eat more then I just get fat.

Just doing incline and press ups. But yes a bigger chest. If I eat more I get fat, my strength is going up so I know I'm not undereating. But yet I don't get thicker, my pecs get leaner

I have thyroid problems so I feel these feels. I would always be very strong and very defined but all my muscles were built like planks, I was very wide shoulder to shoulder but had a very short chest and back. Same was true for biceps/triceps, very tall but very narrow. I solved it by leaving my high definition comfort zone for a while and did a very strict bulk for about a month and a half. Gained 15ish pounds, which caused my muscles to fill in sideways a lot. When I started my cut and went back to high definition, they kept that shape.
