My quads are responsible for like 40% of my cut progress, I cut from 230 to 203 since january and still lifted and my squats and leg extensions have both increased by 50-65 lbs
If my leg day didn't include calf raises and glute extension, which are a pain to set up (home gym), it would be my favourite day too
