Testostrone

Please help Jow Forums

I got my blood work in this morning and it says that my testosterone is 280 ng/dL. This is the first time that I've ever taken my test level. Is this too low or normal?

Based on some research it might be low for my age no? I'm not sure how to interpret this since the normal range says to be between 280-800 ng/dL, but online charts say i should be around 600 or so...

If it matters I'm 22. 5'10" 178lbs.
TSH: 1.7 uIU/mL

Thanks in advance.

Yeah thats low as fuck. Read up on how ti increase testosterone and actively invest in it for atleast 6 months. If your levels are still low then, get the fuck on TRT and start enjoying life like a man should.

Improve your diet and ensure you're getting all necessary nutrients, make sure to get enough sleep and train regularly. Keep that up for months and that may be enough to bring you up to reasonable levels on it's own.

Yeah dude that's really low for a 22yr old you should get test replacement from a doctor and if they deny you go fraud it's not normal to have the test levels of an 80 yr old

Don't tell a 22yo to go for test replacement without trying to fix it any other way first. If that's what ends up being required then fine, but it's a permanent decision which makes it a last resort, not first resort.

I agree, but let's be honest, it's not possible to increase test levels THAT much naturally. You can get 9 hours a sleep every night for a year, cold shower only, nofap, noporn, fish oil, good fats and everything else, but the improvements will still be minimal. I tried all that and hoppend on TRT aged 24 and I never looked back.

It all depends on why it's low in the first place. Some people have critical nutrient shortages, are fat fucks, and think 6 hours of "sleep" (i.e. going to bed 6 hours before the alarm) is good. Those people can often more than double their levels by fixing their shit.

>TRT
Thank you guys for all the help. I mean at this point I am absoluytely devastated. This explains so many issues that I've had my entire life. Anxiety, depression, brain fog, sleep paralysis, minimal muscle growth (ive been working out for 4 years now)

I have been on nofap for 107 days, been taking cold showers and have been taking my vitimins for the past 2 months or so. The 280 level was literally just from yesterday so all that stuff probably didnt do much for my levels at all.

What is TRT though? Is that something I should take right away?

Thanks again for the help you guys, I'm literally baffled and completely blown away right now damn...

Have you tried PCT routine?

Before TRT try a PCT routine with:

-Nolvadex
-Clomid
-DAA
-Tribulus
-MACA
-HCG

3 months AFTER the PCT go check your levels again. If your test is still low then start TRT.

I havent tried any test supplements yet. I honestly just found out im low test an hour ago. I'll definitely look into this. Thanks brutha.

Cold showers are mostly a meme, they won't make a significant difference outside of feeling nice. 2 months of vitamins may not be enough if you're really deficient, take a blood test to check all your important levels. Multivitamins also don't cover everything if that's what you're taking, you need very many different things. Look at you diet in general too, vitamins are not a complete substitute for food. Anxiety and depression can also cause low test by throwing your biochemistry out of whack, so try to address that if you haven't already exhausted options. They probably fuck up your sleep at a minimum.

TRT is testosterone-replacement therapy, legal roids. If you start you can assume it's for life, though if you're okay with that then go ahead. may not be a dumb idea before you jomp into that, though be aware that PCT routines may make you feel shitty.

Are onions are meme?

Self administered TRT costs me like 10$ a month. How much does your pct cycle cost? I bet it's over 10$ a week and you're playing with your estro levels with those products. Crashing your e2 has many sides.

>And remember: only PrimeMale gives you the optimal dosages of the 12 key nutrients that in combination can quickly replenish your testosterone levels – giving you all the male hormone you need to function at peak efficiency.

fuck you and your shit test booster

>shill "article" selling "T" supplements

wow, super compelling broham!

TRT will make your balls useless forever and you WILL be depended on it forever. Better get an appointment with an endocrinologist and tell him that you need to normalize your test levels. He will most likely give you just clomid. If clomid alone won't work then he will likely start TRT with 250mg Test-E.

LOW AS FUCK AHAHAHAHA

Curious about this too.

>107 days nofap
Dude you know that after 4-5 days of nofap, T level goes down right ?

No fap is for the guy that fap 20 times a day not for regular dude.
It is proven that libido goes down after a month or so of nofap it is because T level has reached the minimal level.
Go fap you soy-boy

What TRT do you guys recommend?

I've done all those natural things but still the test came out to 280. What brand TRT do you take? Also what improvements did you see occur you started? Thanks.

This reeks of jewish shit

You guys dont even know what TRT is do you? Google that shit and educate yourself

it's very low but probably not low enough to get TRT prescribed to you (if you live in EU, don't know about murricans)

depends on when you took the test and what state you were in

>Self administered TRT

lel enjoy being infertile with raisin balls for life
you think injecting test alone doesn't "play with your estro levels" you fucking moron? you ever stopped to think why everyone cycles steroids? good lord....

What's your bodyfat percentage? If you don't lift or you are relatively new, you are probably too fat (over 20%).

How much do you sleep? If you aren't getting 7-8 SOLID hours (ie you don't wake up in the middle of the night, you feel refreshed every morning), you aren't getting enough.

>What TRT do you guys recommend?

Losing your fat gut, and sleeping more or improving sleep quality.

to all the roidaroo goofballs ITT

>It is also very important to understand that not everyone with “Low T” requires immediate testosterone replacement therapy. Several of the most common causes of hypogonadism (e.g., obesity/diabetes, alcohol abuse, medication-related, sleep apnea) are reversible with simple interventions such as improved diet and exercise, reduction of alcohol consumption, discontinuation or switching of medications, or simple use of a CPAP machine. It is extremely common for testosterone levels to promptly normalize once these issues are addressed, so consider this before pushing your doctor for a prescription.

T peaks on day 7 then goes back to normal level after, what are you talking about. Not jerking off doesn't affect your T level.

I was at 328 two years ago and now I'm at 467. I started working out in between and eating more (but not better). Now I started eating better (at least 5 fruits/veggies a day including one raw red onion), exercising with consistency and trying to sleep better. I'll get another bloodwork in 3 months to see how it goes.

By the way vitamins and supplements in general are absorbed a lot less effectively by your body than getting them through regular food, so start by rating a proper diet and stop supplementing randomly. Buy organic if you can afford to.

Also cold showers are bullshit, there is no study supporting them. And stop using "care" products which are filled with endocrine disruptors and use as little as possible soap, shampoo and deodorant.

i'm at 402ng/dl at 22y old is this bad?
I also checked my general blood work and doctor said everything was fine

no idea if because I had surgery 5 months ago it affected it or not
