Yea I fucked around a lot, now I'm just climbing and then lifting afterwards. I try to do 200 frog crunches every morning. All I want is a six pack, I know I look weak af, but I just want to start climbing 5.12 and bouldering v4+ which comes with weight loss and technique.

Yeah, I unfortunately lost a lot of pics in between from back then. I dirty bulked to ~175, cut down to 145 badly and then hung around 150-155 for a few months before injuring myself w/ shit squat form.
Sat around smoking bho and eating family-size bags of chips telling myself "I haven't lost that much yet" and before I knew it I wasn't even dyel anymore.

What do you mean cut 'badly'? Too fast/not enough protein or something?
Also do you have a rough estimate of your lifts at time of second pic?
I ask because I figure I'm somewhere in between

Exactly, I was on Adderall at the time and barely ate. I remember barely being able to bench 225 for singles, maybe 275 squat above parallel, 375 dead for sure.
