looking like a less wide swolo

I look swol because i have especially short arms and narrow shoulders. Muscle packs on and people assume I'm over 200lbs. It's an illusion of course, but there is zero doubt that I lift weights and I like that a lot. Thanks for the compliment you look great and will surpass me easily.

thanks guys appreciate it

give your honest opinion, I have been going to the gym for about a year I think this is shitty progress

I would say great job because you look great for 1 year, but on a side note you manipulated the viewpoint of the camera too much. It's not an accurate representation of your progress if you change the perspective. Keep it up, just take progress pics properly if you want a real comparison.

You'd look really impressive if you cut til lower abs are discernable. Mirin legs they are phenomenal

its my sisters room
i keep no mirrors in my room

thanks bud will do

Clean her room, bucko.

OP simply wants to collect your pictures on his harddrive to fap with, probably doesn't even lift edition

Thanks senpai. Everyone asks this but I don't truly have a routine. I look in the mirror and mix and match what I will workout next day. I keep Thursday/Sundays off.

6'2 222 pounds. Started keto last month and I'm down about 13 pounds.

Can I get a Bodyfat percentage estimate?

Attached: IMG_20180414_131819_282.jpg (2620x4352, 2.02M)

I've gotten a little leaner since the picture was taken. Getting ready for a competition.

What's the best way to do this?

Attached: 1517509760408.jpg (500x557, 42K)

>start lifting last september
>do stronglifts
>only thing that is larger than back then is my gyno breast
fuck

So it's really about diet/genetics then? How long have you been at it?

I started lifting in 2014 and didn't start seriously lifting until like 2016. I then got thic but not lean until 2017 and now I cleaned up diet and leaned out.

I'm piling on weight but I never see it in my reflection feelsbad

Attached: CBT.png (456x637, 399K)

Nice trap and shoulder gains

There's no trick just put the camera in the same place and stand in the same place every time you take a picture. be consistent if you want good progress pictures.

Jesus christ genetics are so crucial. If you're competing are you running any test? Your bodyweight says natty but I thought I'd ask.

No steroids yet. I dont wanna do them for my first competition. It will depend on how the competition goes.

Well you have great proportions and mass building genetics for it. I wish you best of luck at your competition, but I hope you don't start pinning. For your own health, happiness, and career's sake, you should live your natty God life to the fullest and go on TRT at 40. You'll still win comps with your insane genetics, but at least you won't be blasting grams of gear and risking it all for a shitty paycheck.

Thanks senpai

6'5" 163lbs, started lifting 11 weeks ago 4x/week, all free weights

Failing to stick to my +500 cal clean bulk consistently and 6'5", so gaining visible mass taking awhile, but up 25% on my bench and squat since I started, so happy so far.

Attached: progress1.jpg (2192x2704, 1016K)

back routine user? What weights I gotta move to have a back like that?

What the fuck is that haircut bud...

For me what did the trick was Alphadestiny's Novice Program with the exception of doing traditional deadlifts 1x5 as I did not have access to a trap bar, but it's worth to note that I bulked up last year and got super fat, so I spent most of last year looking like bloated fatass.

Shaved the sides of my head and then let it grew back out, looks like a fucking pineapple I know

I like some aspects of his novice program. The most I took from him was to work my forearms, OHP, and rackpull. How much do you row / weighted chin / max rep unweighted? Whichever of those three metrics you thinks give the most accurate data

Good traps. You just need to cut and work shoulders + lats to counteract fridge mode.

Yeah thanks user, I know just cutting for the summer then back work in the fall putting on my where I need it

Training for 3 months opinion?

Keep lifting

Routine? fellow 5'10 manlet here

Routine?

Legs looking thicc man. Everything else is lagging behind but just keep consistent and it'll catch up/you'll be joocy with extra joocy legs.

Looking very lean and joocy. Great forearms but am assuming you're on gear from the shoulders.

Builtfat mode. Your fat packs on well though.

20%ish

Love the mullet. Grew one back in the day to motivate me to lose weight. Started at 230 lbs and said I wouldn't cut it until 170ish. It took about 16 months so my mullet was no fuckin joke.

Train the fuck out of shoulders lats and chest man. I am also cursed with wide hips but you need to gain a ton of width. Adonis belt will be crazy though man.

looking wide

Btw I am 275 bench
420 squat
not diddling, have done 435 before though

Attached: 4-7 bp.jpg (750x1334, 79K)

Thanks anons. I do PPL and then I do Olympic lifts twice a week or so

mirin, whats your routine and diet like?

6’0 154 lbs. Started six months ago at 115 lbs and bulking since day one, I had an explosive weight gain from about two months of GOMAD. I recently started training for mass, any suggestions?

Attached: AB7E7F0F-9805-4571-BBF9-64C5A5E78143.jpg (1080x1921, 275K)

how fucking skelly were you at 115lb at 6ft holy fuck, got any pics? also post legs

also chest + delts need to be worked on

thanks man. I used to eat like shit, pretty much whatever I wanted so probably around 3-3.5k+ cals/day. Started cutting about 4 weeks ago and now I stick to 2500 cal, 90g fat, 250 carb, 190g protein or somewhere around in there. I really just do an IIFYM.

As for routine I've done a shit tier brosplit, texas intermediate strength method, PPLxPPL, Upper/Lower splits, Upper/Lower power splits with 3 days for Hypertrophy training (essentially this part was a PPL), and now I'm doing Canditos 6 week strength method and substituting the Bench with Nuckols 4 week strength program. I only started that this week but I hope to see my lifts go up while on a cut.

adam?

I'm there right now. It ain't pretty. I was doing GOMAD and then just got lazy, nice inspo

beautiful

Oh shit bro, you cant be skelly like that man, you gotta put on your gameface and get back on the grind. GOMAD is just an end to the means, think of the long term benefit.

I'm a lazy fucker, but yeah, I should make a shake or something. I usually drink straight milk, but I have good ingredients also

5;6 144 lbs 22 years old.

Should i continue cutting or go on a lean bulk? went from 155 to 143 lbs in 2.5 months.

If you can't grow taller you might as well grow wider. Bulk up user and then cut at 170 if necessary.

5'8", 1 month into 5x5+OMAD

I was very skinny of course. My rib cage at that point looked almost narrower the same width as my hips. Legs on the other hand I trained for several months and switched to maintenance.

Thanks there’s so much to life you can experience just from getting up and doing what you want to. I used to have really shitty head carriage but I fixed 90% of it in just a month of doing shrugs (I neglected traps for months) and considering the small amount of muscle building needed to fix the weight of your head on your neck, it’s a wonder I let myself become like that
