There's times where it screws up, and something comes out which doesn't make sense in context, but it gives me time to think without making it look like I'm thinking, though if I'm stressed or pre-occupied enough to not be paying attention, I apparently do lots of hand gestures and waving (but I do that unconsciously in normal conversation too).
