Honestly I've only worked here 2 weeks. I absolutely hated it at first. Since they had me doing front counter I feel a lot happier. You get those really shitty customers that just fucking ruin your day though.

We close at 1am and our front closes at 11pm. Not sure why we had so many. The store is usually dead by 8. In fact I start my closing cleaning duties by 8-9.

Man that labor must have been so high. Our nights are busy because of drunk people wanting snacks. Also a lot of Mexican families like to order big.

So anyways, work your way up. If you can do drive thru and the SoS is fast, you can become a shift manager like me.

Yes it does. Because we use the same functionality for our Uber eats app which is why it gets kind of confusing. Especially because it doesn't notify us when a mobile order has been placed by a customer. Don't use the app if you're coming in drive-thru.

i hate annoying people, but the app has such great deals every day i dunno if i can give it up. i got 8pc buttermilk tendies for $3.99 yesterday.

Kitchen guy and his pre-closer. They are strong and can handle it. I usually help out in dishes because I get my inventory count done and my waste done easily. All I need is 4 people. 2 kitchen me on drive thru/expedite and a counter person. I break under 24% labor each day i work if its busy maybe under 20% with 2:45 SoS.
