Calisthenics:
>Always improving no matter whether at a surplus or deficit
>Get girls wet instantly by doing something "crazy" like a human flag for bants
>Always interesting, don't have to worry about fucking your progress by trying entirely different exercises
>Always look aesthetic as fuck if you don't eat like a rotten pig

I do calisthenics, I consider myself fit as my body fat is below 12%
but:
I don't have the human flag
I can't hold the front lever for more than 3s
I can't hold the straddle planche for more than 3s
I can't do the handstand( +bad banana form )
I can't do high-reps of any exercices.

I do about 7km walking( home-school ).
Sometime I do jump squat and pistol squat, but to keep having fun, I just jump as doing parkour.

Calisthenics is cool and shit but how the fuck do i progress. Wish i could just go to gym and make all kindz of gainz. I only have 25lbs to add on my pull ups/dips but it does fuck all

Do more volume, all there is to it.
There's no reason why adding a small plate will give you gains, what gives gains is more work done, do more sets of a particular exercise and you will grow.

I don't know my mother gave my queensize( and a lot of furniture too )to someone for a reason I don't know, it didn't really bothered me, I live in France and I have the chance as fucking poor class to be covered by the state.

Can you give me an example? With weights it's easy as i can just up the weight.but what with calisthenics? Do more sets, do exercises slower?
