OP here. I have a shabby feel. I had a GF before. The entire relationship lasted about 5 years before she broke up with me since she thought I was emotionally unstable. The biggest kick in the balls was that I had sex with her a couple years prior, but never again. I had sex once and that was it. I am no longer a virgin and, therefore, cannot be an Incel. Honestly kinda thankful I'm not an Incel, but it always hurts whenever I think about it.

Your colleagues don't know you and you're just starting work. Of course they're going to be better at the job than you because you've just started so you don't have to worry abut being slow unless you somehow don't improve(you will).

I'm not sure what you mean by weird, if you simply are bad at socializing, you have to try even if it kills you inside. If you're just a weird dude at your core, don't pretend to be anything different. Your coworkers would rather work with a strange personality than a two faced person trying to be something they're not. They're getting used to you stick with it.

It's a summer job, I only got it because of relatives aware of my "situation"
They basically hired me out of pity, not because they needed someone.

They made a few attempts at socializing with me but it always falls way too short and they have kind of given up by now.
So I put on my headphones and wish the hours would pass faster

Can someone tell me what I am? The only really normie things I do are go to school and play guitar, I have one friend because we both used to sit alone at lunch in school and then were put together for a class project and formed some kind of relationship that doesn't go much further than playing vidya and talking about depression. I have never had a real friend and I feel empty most of the time with no motivation for anything except music. KHHV, only time I ever spoke with a grill was when I worked part time at a theatre which was only really showing them to their seats and selling candy to them and I spilled my spaghetti every time I had to talk to one, I suppose that's pretty normie too
