How do I into recovery? 90% of the days after work since I started work 4 years ago I am super tired / headache / feel weak. its an office job, I'm quitting it in 2 months. My lifts have deteriorated from intermediate back to novice.

sleep enough, eat enough, and force yourself to go after work anyway. Get a standing desk if you can, I have one and feel a ton better after work now.

Also don't be afraid to take pre workout if you're actually exhausted, I've been cutting and the EC stack really helps me over the line when I need to train after work

How do address squat sticking points?
I have a sticking point at around 20-30 degrees (if you imagine a horizontal x axis from the knee cap

isn't that where most people fail? I probably fail most of my lifts there

depends why you fail more than where, do you grind for a bit then dump or just dump immediately

How do you lads warm up?
I usually spend 3 or 5 min with a stick doing shoulder dislocations, floor touches, presses, snatch presses, good mornings, snatch balances, snatch squats, and sots presses. 5 - 10 reps on each and then I get the bar.

bit of moving around in different positions with broomstick, some light ab work, then some bar work, usually front squats and squat jerks if doing cj, sn and sn grip romanians if snatching

oh also I usually take 10-15 minutes working with 40-60kg until it feels ok, I consider this part of the warmup
