Yesterday. Im consciously not packing gym clothes because ive been overtraining the shit out of myself with climbing and i feel the deep pangs of tendinitis in my biceps forming. Today was a nice rest day.
I had two hours of jiu jitsu, and I'm studying for finals. I've tried gym or swimming on the same day as well and 4+ hours of that affects my studying and recovery
