ss

an all-carb diet

Lifting weights

roids

synthol

SQUATS and OATS

rollerblades, actually
it's like a permasquat on the move

this

Synthol freaking, bread-only diet, 50 crunches per day and no-fap.

Leg press, deadlift, leg extensions, leg curls, calf raises, uphill sprints, plyometrics.
I've learned that squats is just bad for the knees and back.

>squats are apparently bad for knees
>does leg extensions
lol

Would skipping rope do anything for leg size?

squats aren't inherently bad for the knees, and neither are leg extensions

leg extensions are often prescribed in knee rehab protocols

High carb and biking with resistance does absolute wonders as well as squats and dead lifts

Leg extensions are inherently bad for the knees.

high frequency squats (3 x week)
sprints on a bicycle (2 x 20 min, 5 x week)

got my legs biggest ever

Don't be fucking stupid by listening to this user.

Long arc quads are prescribed to a degree, however you should know that the last 30 degrees of terminal extension leaves very little articular surface between your femur and patella to move. So loading up a bunch of weight for heavy knee extensions is going to prematurely erode your articular cartilage. And during knee rehabilitation you won't find a respected or knowledgeable PT asking you to do LAQ's with more than 10lbs.

>a respected or knowledgeable PT
that doesn't exist you insufferable faggot

Bump

no
you're basically bouncing on your achilles tendon

Squat 500lbs for reps.

You won't have small legs then.

Squats. Rotate workouts with high volume lighter weight/ low volume higher weight.

wow what happened to this meme?
has it been that long?

So If I'm doing PPLxPPL could I do light, heavy, light rotations on the three days?

Physical Therapist, dickhead.

Thats what I do for all three. First lot of PPL I do heavier weight lower reps like 6x8 and pyramid sets. On the second lot of PPL I do lighter like 4x12 and drop sets

are bulg split squats bad in the same way? (for the leg on the bench)

what would you consider high volume? 5x10?
